Dai Atlas is a "Supreme Commander" so yeah, he would count, but I'm not seeing Thunderclash on this list.

 

Needs her massive Commando rocket launcher but yeah, it's a great re-use.

This is a good start at least. I'd like her to lean a little bit closer to her OG design, such as her chest design, and the fact that her legs incorporated into boat mode.

But this is still very cool. Thunderblast is probably second in my list of personal desired UT characters just behind Cannonball.

 

Does Scourge not use his legs in his space boat mode?

No, they just tuck away underneath and the wings wrap around them and the arms. The feet kinda stick out the back, but Thunderblast's feet become the point on the front of the boat, which I love.

 

Can't wait to see Legacy Tarantulas soon. Even Megatron can't wait till Tarantulas is here too.

G1 Scourge always felt crammed into the space theme. I mean he looks like a sub in altmode with nautical colors. His original toy was supposed to be a hovercraft to cover the ground and seas while Cylonus did air/space. The name Scourge has nautical history, as well.
However, given the themes introduced by the movie and S3, he became just another space ship.

As for the limited number of characters that turn into boats and trains, (thanks for the lists, guys! I'd forgotten some of them!) there's nothing stopping them from making new characters or repurposing figures like action masters that have no alt modes with a non-car/plane theme. Or just make us a Nautica, Riptide, Thundershot, or Seaspray. Maybe Raiden? I promise Hasbro, we won't complain!

There was supposed to be this guy that was Thunderclashs leader, but the figure never happened.

 

Yeah, Euro G1 and JG1 started handing out the Supreme Commander badge like a dentist giving out toothbrushes at Halloween.

 

He looks kind of cool though. I hope they do think about it.

 

Probably Dai Atlas, Thunderclash, Ultra Magnus, and Fortress Maximus if he's regular size like in Marvel or Headmasters.

 

Alright, so a new generations Blaster figure is pretty much confirmed to either be added into the Kingdom line or to be part of the next line. I'm wondering if there is any word on his cassettes? I know they dropped the micromasters and replaced them with the core class because the micromasters were not selling well. However, it seems kind of strange to do Blaster without at least Steeljaw, Ramhorn, Eject and Rewind, Especially since Rewind is already a pretty popular character on his own. I mean they did all of the main members of Soundwave's crew granted with Buzzsaw swapped out for Wingthing but still. Maybe they'll do generations selects four-pack with all of them in it because honestly, that might just make it easier for everyone.

 

He comes with Eject apparently

 

Well, that's a start at least.

 

To add to that it was said/implied a repaint into Twin Cast would come with Rewind.
