    @ShowZStore I'm not having any problem with being able to close the message on either my Samsung tablet or Note 9 phone but recently the bigger window that is displaying the Mazinger figure right now is taking an extremely long time to load, but I have no problems checking the box and closing the homescreen message while its loading like he mentioned.

    Hey @ShowZStore could I get some help with order number 21052616121282? The last tracking update on it was June 4th. I tried using the After sales around a month, maybe a month and a half ago but was just told to wait. I don't mind the wait but not hearing about something for almost 3 months has me a little concerned.

    @ShowZStore I wouldn't change it. It is straight forward letting you know that the figures have been shipped to the store and are coming in "in coming"! Very easy to understand! Not to criticize the buyers that do not understand these simple words but if you were to change it to something different but just as simple, I bet they still would have trouble understanding. The term "in coming" is used widely through most other stores as well and points of commonality make it easier when shopping around so that's another reason to keep it.

    I know stores/merchants want to make the shopping experience easy and enjoyable for customers which is key to bringing in new and getting them to be repeat customers but when things like this are self explanatory and already easy then the few that don't understand should be doing themselves a favor and learning because it will take them further.

    More likely there's always going to be a lot of people who don't understand. But a lot of people always expect everything to be adapted to their whims.
    In this case, however, the fix seems a minor thing so why not?

    I saw someone misunderstand what this means today, maybe if English is their second language it’s more confusing? I just don’t know what would be clearer.

    It's not a 'fix' it it ends up being equally confusing while also making the formatting more difficult.

    Can you guys share your replacement part experience from TFS and BBTS?
    We are thinking about how to upgrade/improve our replacement part service so plz give us as many example/cases as possible no matter it's good or bad here.

    TFSource is pretty good with their customer service, I've even spoke with them on the phone. Replacements can take a while though.
    Toy Dojo is incredible with replacement parts - I only had one issue, but they provided updates over e-mail and actually the piece came faster than I expected (PX Kadmos replacement head).
    TCP has been really slow with replacement parts - actually I still haven't received it (PX Coeus had the wrong hand installed), and they haven't provided any updates. Their website is difficult to receive consistent contact with.
    I've had great experience with you and your team at ShowZ though; I've received already a couple replacement pieces, though sometimes I've had to e-mail Jane a couple times for updates. Unfortunately, one of the pieces seems impossible to get now (for my STC-01NB) so that's a shame.

    @ShowZStore will the next batch of Transform Element TE-01 Optimus in original colors that you have to sell 1000 of have any changes from the latest mold, or will it be the exact same as the latest mold?

    Also, do we need to @ you for every question post in this thread or do you prefer us not to?

    Twice I've needed parts from TFsource. It usually takes a few days for them to respond, and get to the person you need to be speaking with. If they have the part, they are quick to send it out.

    The other part took about 9 months total for them to get the part in. Very little contact from them, I had to email every two months or so, but they did get it taken care of.

    I don't mind waiting, but it would have been nice if they had sent an update once a month.

    The one time I needed a replacement part from BBTS they actually just sent out a complete replacement figure and said not to send back the other one.

    It was on clearance though - I think they just wanted to get it out of their warehouse but it was still a pretty good experience.

    Late last year I needed a part that was missing from a new purchase and I contacted BBTS. They asked me to send a picture, they had it shipped out the same week and I had it a few days later. It was surprisingly painless.
