Yeah I looked at that other thread. Crazy. I guess I really am! I managed to pre order the wings of light for the designer blue Freedom gundam.
That was way back last year, and between the pandemic and shipping internationally being a pain, and me being in no rush to receive it since I wasn't opening it.... I let it sit in my warehouse.
I just had it shipped this month and it arrived asap via japan post as normal.

The *only* hiccup I had is that I did have to check in with them when the item was released. It had been a month or so and I had noticed that my item had not updated as in stock. I opened a ticket and it got fixed pretty quickly.

Very strange and sad that it's going down hill it seems

Could be worse. This reminded me of a YouTube clip where family destroyed someone’s collection.

Yeah, I caught these guys right before they went downhill. I always thought about using them even though they always seemed to have stock with no other place didn't. At the time they had favorable reviews, so I went and ordered blue astray 2nd revise from them. About a month out from the figuring hitting the streets, they gave me a possible delay warning, but I got nothing after a month or two. I tried to contact them and got zero response, and I saw their reviews plummet with the same issue I was having. Luckily I was in the dispute window with Paypal and reach out to them and got all my money back.

I swear, these astray addon kits are just too over the top for me. I know the red astray has that other set where it's a huge set of arms and a sword/scabbard.
But wow and finding out there's another huge set

I don't know anything about the astray story line, but seems to me that the red astray is basically a god compared to the blue one. Lol
the blue one's addons are all so comparatively normal (that I've seen)

Gundam SEED has all been about absurd humongous backpacks.

Astray, and Lowe in particular, just revels in its absurdity. Which can be fun, yeah. Blue Frame tends to get more grounded, but still fairly powerful, upgrades while the Red Frame gets some very goofy and showy stuff by comparison because that's just how Lowe works as a character. Gai wants more functional, practical stuff by comparison for the Blue Frame and the Gold Frame just sort of seems to get pointier and pointier the more it gets upgraded.

    Good find!
Curious how far along in the process this is. The 1st vid shows a box, so I am wondering if that is the final product. If so, looks really unfinished compared to some of the other companies.

Plus, it LOOKS like the joints can move, but I didn't see any movement in the videos. Maybe I missed it???

    The RX-78 Unleashed? $350...
    MS Nu? $800...
    Plus fin funnels @ $250... $1050
    This @ $1000 USD???
    EASY Pass

Per the note on ShowZStore it is not painted. Hard pass for me. Metal Structure pricing for an unfinished product in my eyes.

    Dang they are bringing back
Yeah was about to post about this. I picked up two at a super after-market price of like $500 each a couple of years back. Hindsight is indeed a cruel mistress.
