I’m not interested in her due to the wobbly issue kingdom Tracks has. Other wise I might have considered.
Not RK but it seems my supplier gets theirs from Hong Kong at Tsim Tsa Tsui. Finally, After 7 years, Crosscut gets his bodyguard!
Should have put that flame decal on Tracks. Left hoping for a "premium deco" version from Takara for him
I'd guess this will go live on Sept 10 during Target's Fall Geek Out sale. It would make the most sense. I expect I'll probably end up disappointed when it doesn't, though.
Road Rage shelf-warming like T-Wrecks would be amazing. I can kind of see it happening, since Tracks isn't a very good figure.
I'll want to see quite a bit of feedback on the state of her legs before I even consider picking her up. Tracks, I want to fill out my cartoon cast, but I can very easily take or leave Road Rage. She has a nice color scheme and headsculpt, but if I don't enjoy her, she's just getting tossed on a shelf and maybe never touched again.
Not a red card holder, but not sure if it my lack of hunting over the past few years, the amount of stuff I do have, or the few times I have hunted not seeing much, but my interest in these repaints is starting to wane quickly. It does look sharp, and wobbles aside, I like the look of the mold.
I was really hoping for a Loudpetal but with the lack of enthusiasm for this mold, I think the chances are getting slimmer.
The official photos clearly show the legs not tabbing together and the side panels going whenever they feel like going, so it's safe to say that nothing changed on that front. That makes sense, because Road Rage would have probably went into production right after Tracks was done. It's a real friggin bummer because I think a few more engineering passes could have made this a great toy instead of one of the worst.
I don’t love this mold, but Road Rage (and Crosscut) represents the first retroactive G1 characters using unused Diaclone colors. I don’t know why, but I love new characters being added using toys “we could have had” back in the day. She will be mine. Oh yes, she will be mine.
Hah! Wow, I missed that but you're 100% right. How severely disappointing. I've been soo excited for both Tracks and Roadrage and Tracks with this leg problem is just terribly depressing. I'm hoping someone puts together and mod kit bit otherwise some custom mutilation might be in the cards. Not to mention the damn feet, freaking ball joint. That was a major issue I have with the generations turbo tracks and here we go again. Lazy engineering.
Oh, great. Target's doing another Geek Out promotion? Get ready for 90% more Funko Pop reveals. Yaaaaay!
