Who says this figure even is "Spike", other than the TFW2005 news story that even says "He comes packed with what was a running Spike and now a N.E.S.T. guy."?

As neat as this deco is, I think an Earth mode Cliffjumper would’ve been a much more acceptable redeco of this mold than a completely nonsensical Bumblebee.

 

What the hell is this hasbro? No one asked for this. If your going to do a lazy repaint instead of give us characters we actually want, repaint a mold that’s actually difficult to obtain like jazz as smokescreen or like a g1 coloured or dotm ironhide.

I’m all in for wacky repaints. Although I couldn’t give a damn about some repaint shoved into Selects that homages something that only hardcore fans will know (Cough cough, Selects Spin-Out).

 

I passed on SS 57 and have no regrets.

I’ll get SS 77 because it’s so weird, awesome, and available for msrp, lol.
