That’s my fear. Executive thinking at its core is more more more. Everything can increase year over year. Doesn’t matter if it makes sense.
Living Tribunal!!! Although, I'm honestly not sure I have a need to support any other Marvel Haslab stuff unless it is diorama item.
My Legion shipped from Target! Not THAT excited but thanks to the promotion I used, I'm only being charged $13 for him, lol.
Heads up all. I just got an email from BBTS saying that the Eternals Movie wave (Gilgamesh BAF) goes up for PO at 1pm est tomorrow.
As much as I'd like to see a giant Living Tribunal, there is no way it would reach Galactus backer numbers. Same goes for any of the other Cosmic beings from the Marvel Universe.
And honestly, I don't think I would be willing to spend anywhere near $400 on him. I like the character, but I don't need him to be THAT big.
I'd love to see Hasbro do giant 2' Celestial model kits. Give each one some extra heads and parts so you can make one of two different celestials with each kit. They could do three different individual kits giving people the option to build six different celestials if they buy enough kits. Personally I would love to build a Host of Celestials.
Well, you know, after seeing something like Star Saber... there's really no reason that the next Marvel Legends HasLab has to be a giant character. We could get a large character like MODOK, team sets, etc... basically, anything they don't think is viable at retail for some reason or another. Honestly, it would be the perfect place for Mangog. As far as other giant characters I think the only two that could get me to back them would be Fin Fang Foom or comic Surtur.
"I'm a peacock Captain, ya gotta let me fly!" finally for the last two in mail for the BAF wings for that Falcon Cap. I love the figure but man the wings are hot garbage. Flimsy crap and the backpack doesn't even fit right. "but it lahks pretty duhhhhh"
The cost is bullshit in my opinion. they should can these nonsense "haslab" projects and sell them at retail for half the price. Then it would be reasonable instead of just outright robbery. Could they actually do it? Fucking oath they could. Nothing stopping them. BILLION dollar company we are talking about, not some mom and pop store.
So what? Even if they could do it, who cares. You either choose to support Haslab or you don't. I honestly don't see the point in getting upset over them. It's like someone getting upset because people choose to support a YouTuber via Patreon. It's not like Hasbro forced anyone to support it, people did it of their own violition.
Just checked my Fedex that Haslab sentinel is about to be ship as shipment info sent to FedEx with estimate date to be deliver by 9/4, but I thought it
Funny timing on that question. I'm actually finalizing v2 of that project right now. The pandemic & equipment breakdown at one of my vendors slowed things down. But that gave me time to make design improvements, which will improve the look & material changes which should lower the price. New prototype should be finished soon & a new announcement will follow. Thanks for asking!
Just got an email from Pulse about it. Just info for now, isn't shipping quite yet. Side note everyone: it requires a signature so do what you need to if that doesn't work for you.
