ok, i know this is prob a bit off topic, but it kinda involves diaclone and im hoping someone on here can help.... mandarake got back to me and said i should file a claim with Royal Mail but RM say as the item came from outside the UK the sender should file a claim and reimburse me with that. anyone got any advise? mandarake said they dont offer replacement parts and i really want to get my poor tridigger sorted. i noticed the box was damaged where the bullet core is, so pretty sure that caused it.

Unless you opted for shipping insurance when you bought from Mandarake then chances are slim. To be fair to them it’s probably the Royal mail’s fault… I average a parcel from them a month and the boxes always arrive well packed and undamaged. You can just pretend that it’s battle damage or get a bullet core replacement
I mentioned exactly this a while back! It’s so easy to imagine how well it would fit EDF’s style! Heck, I’d say anyone who likes Diaclone should try EDF5!

I’m sold on this. Love it. Shades of God Ginrai? Replacement arms too! One of my kids snapped the connecting joint of one of my two Battle Convoy so one of four arms is locked at a 90 degree angle. This eases the pain a bit
It seems more reminiscent of brave upgrades then powered convoy to me, shiny chest piece, platform shoes, big wingpack and a new head, all the hallmarks. The head bears a number of similarities to Mightgaine also. Edit, pictures moved to previous post.
I really like how it seems to be fully integrated into the machine modes. Also digging the new head and bullet cores. Curious that they went with the original colors when the tease seemed to be for Shadow. Looks like there probably isn’t a stand alone bot mode, but should know more soon! edit: just noticed this is 85… so 82 and/or 83 may be the shadow version?
Okay, I'm really intrigued by this. I love that combined land only mode a lot. The air vehicle mode is okay, but I'm not 100% on it yet. The bot really isn't saying Powered Convoy to me... Maybe a "less-Prime" color scheme on the rerelease will be more appealing to me. It reminds me a bit too much of some of the later Prime toys and some of the Power Rangers/guys in robot suits live-action show designs, though. It does have a bit of another feel... This. I have a few Brave toys, somewhere around here and that is also what it reminded me of, but that is also part of the Takara evolution, so makes sense. I was thrown by this, too. It will be interesting to find out what the skipped numbers were. I feel there are pictures of modes missing, but, half the best looks come from "not promoted" modes. I'm going to let it sink in and I may warm to it, but for now, I'm way more excited about all the new Powered Suits!
While I find this to looks rather amazing, I can't help but to feel it may be a bit much. It almost looks like a Power Rangers Zord, and to me that is a massive negative (absolutely loathe PR). In hand I'm sure the armor can be arranged to make it less "bricky", so that's a saving point.
OK this actually looks pretty good. I was weary at first, until I saw the pic where the parts also form vehicles of their own (including a combined mode). So not just strictly armor addons for powered convoy. And yes I also thought we were going to see the black version before the red/blue version. I am still going to wait to see what that looks like... I already own DA-65 so DA-85 is sounding appealing... DA-82 would have to be pretty impressive to make me also buy the black DA-79.
Looks cool. More Energon Wing Saber than Powered Convoy. Wonder if there will be more different types of Powered convoy armor? Like underwater, drill tanks, trailer, etc

Ah, I'm glad to see that the V-Max version is getting released first. That gives me some extra leeway on the wallet.
Given I think the number is higher, I wouldn't be so sure I think the black one will come out a couple of months earlier.
Definitely going to have a very sexy release with the vmax and the powered greater all in one. I bet they push REAL Delta Magnus colors with that release. It will be a smash hit I know it!
