Just got this figure in from pulse. Finally pays off to live near Atlanta.

    Robot mode:
    0C6CF615-0DB7-4BCA-B876-B91DA70CC139.jpeg BA42A581-2797-4D21-9631-B9775D34E58F.jpeg C76AFA79-FA7D-493D-AE37-A785D60CD3D0.jpeg
His robot mode is just a redo of Blurr with a cool new head. I think he looks real nice. The dark blue with black looks rlly good on this mold. And that head sculpt is devilishly evil.
    Comparisons:

Here he is with his G1 heroic counterpart. They look really cool together. FD43F71F-E30C-4A28-B2D8-6037319B8413.jpeg
Here’s all the shattered glass figures we’ve gotten so far. These evil autobots look great together.
    Alt mode:
    73295CE9-4C8E-41EA-BECA-64EBBAFB1975.jpeg
    Love the lightning deco here.
    Comic:
    14EC7CC4-2B93-4EE4-A16B-0E807180990C.jpeg
Comes with a comic that was just in the box with no protection. Mine luckily came unscathed. It’s a rlly neat addition.

Well, if there's anything nice I can say about this figure, it's that the headsculpt is a nice homage to the Play-Doh sculpts most of its Botcon ancestors had.

Kind of annoyed that the comic is not a Foil Cover as advertised.

Nice deco on an underrated (IMO) mold.

Nice pics. (Also, backrest flipped down in alt mode pic ;) )

on my copy, the left fender/arm shield is extra loose, wont's stay tabbed. (like it's really a tab anyway.) super annoying. any suggestions?

(it arrived Friday, it's now 130am Saturday and I'm just now opening it.)

my copy of the comic is slightly bent on the spine, but okay otherwise.
Looking for a way to contact Pulse to complain about this treatment, it should at least be bagged/boarded for the premium paid.

It is a foil cover - the Transformers logo is foil and the shards of glass are shiny.

I got lucky - my comic and box were in fine shape.

I wish the Studio 86 Blurr mold had a 5mm port somewhere on the alt mode. It's not very Targetmaster friendly.

Here he is with SG Haywire.

Haywire must be very popular with the ladybots.

My box was completely soaked from rain and the comic is in pretty abysmal condition since it was just laid on the floor.

The packaging from Pulse left a lot to be desired as the figure box was partially crushed by overzealous use of air-cushions. "You've become the very thing you swore to destroy" jokes abound. The comic is also just floating loose in the box and thankfully mine was unscathed but I can easily imagine others not being so lucky and that's pretty lame to not even put it in a slip cover or something.

The figure itself looks great. I liked the mold to begin with and the new headsculpt and paint job make this guy pop. Not sure if it's just the silver color or the actual sculpting but really the face is sooooo much better than on the regular release Blurr.

My only complaint about the actual figure is that he's pretty floppy straight out of the box but that could just be due to the high temperatures we're dealing with and the time spent sitting in the FedEx trucks on its way here. Hoping it'll stiffen up a little bit with some time in the AC or I might try sitting him in the freezer for a bit and renamming him to... wait for it... BURR.

    Mine is the same way.
Upon closer inspection, it's because part of the tab is actually missing.
And there's a mark left over, like it was cut on one end.

Any update on how the joints have fared since being in a colder environment? Mine has similar loose joints as widely reported and I was wondering if this might at least help a bit. Is the regular Blurr this bad in terms of joints being loose? Only first wave SS86 I haven't picked up yet...

Now, Shattered Glass Blurr is not a good figure.
Loose joints, overengineered transformation, bad quality plastic, dull grey weapons, zero playability in alt mode, with a passenger seat which is barely reocgnisable.
Shattered Glass Blurr takes inspiration from both BotCon SG Blurr and Legends Blurr, managing to leave behind everything that made those two toys enjoyable.
As a result, SG Blurr has almost no value beyond its paint applications.

So far he is not on my list really - but I want Goldbug and I definitely want a SG Rodimus! (I hope Hasbro does on from the SS86 mold!)
And that would make Blurr a Must-Buy... to complete the SG Seekers :lolol
