Anyone able to take a quick photo of the spine image of the extra 20 volumes? I'd like to know what I'm getting over the next 6 months here... and I've been looking online for a photo, but can't find one.
    Thanks.

If you're on Facebook, if you go to the official page for the collection, there's a few photos in the Community section.

Its basically just Magnus, Blaster and Dirge

And that's it finally over for me! Issue 99 & 100 arrived today.

Kind of wish they had finished the new IDW series where the IDW Vols end. Will need to pick up Vol.2 for just a couple of issues.

But in the end it's been a very good collection. Reading the whole 80's Marvel definitely helped getting through Lockdown. Guess I should finally get round to finishing the Dreamwave stuff and give IDW a full run. Think I only ever got to the when it started becoming an Ongoing

So finally after ages of looking for these, a hungarian comic shop listed a bunch of these. No idea where they got them from but they only had 1 of each volume. Managed to snag 6 volumes of Marvel US/UK G1 mostly.

Late reply, but Hungary is in the EU too. And it's weird they say they sell in 33 countries when even the TF wiki says they only ever sold them in the UK, Poland, Ireland and Australia only. I never saw more options when I checked their page.

Huh, that's odd. I mean sure, they are partwork magazines, but generally one part only contains stories from one publisher (Marvel, DW, IDW).

Hi all, been checking as best as I can for DG1C errors/misprints so I can check my books to see if there are any errors/misprints (which I think there are). It's quite difficult to find a complete comprehensive list of all of the errors/mistakes/misprints without getting lost and confused in it all, so I was wondering if those who know exactly the errors would be able to reply with a list of all the errors/mistakes/misprints they are aware of.
Pictures of the actual error would be much appreciated with volume and issue numbers! :D  Thanks!

Couple questions on this. First, is this really "definitive"? Particularly when it comes to the original G1 issues, and more particularly for the UK issues. To be more direct, is this the best way to get ALL of the UK issues? Does it even collect all of them (the original material that is, not reprint of course)?

Second, is there any cost effective way to get them in the US? I see the Hatchette site has a lot in stock (since it's all out of order hard to tell out without some digging if all 20 G1 issues are available, or at least the UK ones). I'm assuming they don't ship to the US. But my wife's family is in the UK so wondering if I can buy and have shipped to them, and then they send to me.

Someone on Reddit is selling the Titan Books UK TPBs, but they're not terribly complete and the issue orders are all wacky, so not sure it's a great deal.

    Thanks!

I can't comment on the international shipping situation, but TFWiki has a write-up discussing the ordering of the material and notable omissions.

Transformers: The Definitive G1 Collection - Transformers Wiki

In short, all the UK comic strips are in there, but in a somewhat haphazard order at times, while the prose stories stories from the UK annuals are excluded.

Not quite all, it's only a minor standalone seasonal Christmas tale but "The Gift" from UK #93 is missing, as that linked curation write up does also state.

Between that and no 'State Games' because no prose, one has to wonder if Furman is a carrying a grudge against James Hill! :p

Thanks. I had read through that wiki several times but it still wasn't clear if it actually had all the UK stuff.

And in Australia, which started later, the final issue came out this week for me. (but quite a few people have several missing "back-ordered" issues that are still yet to be delivered)
That was a quick 4 years... and only felt like yesterday I was deciding to risk committing to the series.

Something I notice just now, the UK and Australian book spine are a bit diffrent from those released in Poland. Here Grimlock doesn't show up until Vol 4. Not a big deal or anything, but a "huh" moment for me. :p

Huh, didn't realise that either. Looks better on the Polish version. Hope too much of Dirge isn't cut off (if we get to volume 100).

That is strange... and a shame that number 5 is off-coloured.

Aye, but at least it's not an issue with all copies.

I have been working through reading everything in order and I have gotten to volume 23 Destiny, part 3 of the Regeneration 1 series, and it seems my copy has some how suffered severe water damage (at least I hope it’s water).

Does anyone know where I can find a replacement copy? (For some reason none of my rousers allow me to get on the Hatchette site).

How about the direct indirect approach, either call them on the TF Collection customer service number during weekday office hours (column 2), or email the TF Collection customer service email (column 3) to request a replacement?
