Yes! The color is Testors Pearl Gold. I had to touch up a chip on Grimlock and it's a 100% match. Here I painted the right toe completely.

Yep. I just painted it on with a brush. Not sure if you'll get brush marks doing it on a bigger area though

MP10V. Scales MP-10 down to around a head taller than ER Prime.

 

Still love that figure. I only wish they had modified the front hip plate into panels that flipped up and allowed more forward range in the legs. Otherwise, he's been my classics Prime ever since he came out.

 

Fascinating how much worse MP-10 looks than ER Prime. I was never fond of the MP-10 design, and this just nails all my issues - the gorilla arms, overly long grille, short shins, awkward wheel covers, duck feet...

 

It's funny how in actual humans the torso and thighs are longer.

 

The arms are quite literally the same proportions on both figures, the easiest way is to look where the hands stop next to the thighs: both figures have the tip of the fists stop two fist lengths away from the waist.

The feet are thinner than the ER/Siege mould though.

 

Yes. But TFs were not designed to have human proportions, so human proportions on a TF look unnatural to me.

 

Over the years many transformers have had horrendous proportions.

I have the MP10V trailer. I actually got it for ER Prime. No you can’t hook it on as it is (although it doesn’t look too bad for display purposes just resting there). Here is a post from Ziltama that details the way you can alter the trailer. I intended to do that or something similar, but haven’t gotten around to it yet.

I think it’s a bit too large for the WFC Primes… but it works well enough.

EDIT- okay that’s not the post I was thinking of which gives step by step instructions (sorry) but it does show how it looks with Siege Prime.
