Haha sure. It's not like he can't drop the tank and stay in his better looking jet mode as he divides his conquest completion time in half before recombining for the next interstellar flight to the next victim planet. ;)  That animation frame makes him just look like a flying cargo freighter or something, though the treads do drop down much more noticeably than the MMC IDW version.

$240 for the reissue AND Continuum upgrade is a freaking steal, considering right now the Overlord figure alone goes for ~$300. I'm hoping once this is released I can snag a repair part or two from MMC for my original release.

Maybe worth to add that the Carnifex here is (Toyhax?) labelled up! The MMC out of the box version is plain is blank in shoulders and shins...
And yes, funny with the upgrade kits :)

Is there a way to get the upgrade set separately? I'm happy with my stock Carnifex but having the option to use Powermasters is always nice.

Also on the Double Evil comparison, I don't have one but personally I think it's got its own charm and more importantly, it's probably a hell of a lot easier to transform. Anybody who has transformed Carnifex knows exactly what I'm talking about.

Interesting I find him quite easy to transform. But I was brought up with both my grandfather's and father's g1 g2, bw, bm and so forth transformers. Grandpa was a nasa engineer. So for fun he'd had me solve puzzles, which is how I see TF. Some of my favorite to transform are the first edition TF prime figures that have 60+ steps in the transformation. Nowadays new figures have around 20 or less step and it makes transformation kinda boring for myself, but I'm probably that 1 in a million who thinks like that. I remember a few years ago has/tak due to complaints started making it so tf toy transformed in 12 steps or less. Glad to see that they started newer lines that gotten away from that.

Well, I was specifically talking about the infamous two shoulder tabs. Once you know what to do its simple enough, but actually understanding how to do it is the real trouble.

It's up on Omegalock for pre-order. Kapow usually offer everything MMC do so probably there too in the next few days.

You’ve got time to think over it in a few days time @Agent Prime 2814.

I get MMC stuff from PSX and most likely that they will ship it quicker to NA shores as everything is back logged at the shipping ports right now and it takes over two/three months by slow boat.

After reaching NA shores, it’s another who knows when it will get unloaded into the sorting hubs, and then it’s trucked over to your TF supplier, and then your TF suppliers get it shipped out to your place.

Maybe your not going to get your Psyco-bot untill six months later after hitting the shipping docks.

I posted an article in a thread about shipping delays and everything is costing us time and $$$$ due to the current situation right now worldwide.

Yeah, it's BAD. Parents are being told to do Christmas shopping NOW because of the impact it's going to have.

ShowZ is actually one of the worst places to order MMC product, because it seems they don't have a wholesale arrangement with them. So MMC toys are always listed at a markup there, compared to BBTS and even TFSource and the like.

Figure with the reissue I should actually go in on this guy this time. Missed the original due to just, things at the time so kind of interested in snagging him this round.

A'course, time for Mecheon's favourite game of "Crazy comparison with figure for just my internal enjoyment slash collecting purposes": Has anyone done a comparison with him and Siege Jetfire? I figure similar sizes so, should be close-ish in size and not look too bad

@Mecheon - I think Carnifex is 17 inches (don’t quote me on this as I used to have him) as he’s shorter than Titans Fort Max (24 inches).

Dang was really excited to hear this got re-issued but $270 for a 12" bot is an instant no. Looks badass, but not almost combiner price badass. That's just too much. Definitely running off the popular character price here.

Please don't take this wrong, but, as an Australian, I do not get inches at all. All I know is I saw a shot of both them against MP Saber and they looked big enough to work on a rivalry side, which is what I'm glancing at.

Don't uh, don't go look at his Ebay prices. Because lemme tell you, folks are going for the $270 for the simple fact its cheaper than he's been for the past few years

The list price for the reissue is $240, for every retailer with direct affiliation with MMC.

What I said a few posts back. ShowZ's prices have been higher than MMC direct for a while now.
