It's weird that being sister companies, this and DX9 Atilla do not scale well. My CW Devy and UT Brut look so good to mine eyes that I threw scale out the window. Having said that I'm still hoping that Rising Force guy gets his dream 45cm Menasor out to complete my trio. But after 5 years he said he is still looking for a manufacturer to do it. It's sad

 

Ragnaros is a very old design, it most likely was designed before Constructor was made...

The combiner ports for the arm bots work exactly the same as the ones found in Ordin, their "CHUG" Abominus.

 

I really like my UT Brutisuc. He`s the only one from the released verions which has the look I want. The other MP-verions are just a tad off... either they are an "all-built-in-version" with different colors for the feet, or have Swindle as an Humvee... So far I had no problems with the transformations, tight fits, or stress-marks. So far, I have only two complains. a) The weapons for not-Vortex which doesn`t fir in any mode, and b) the size of not-Bruticus. I could live with him being a head shorter than Devastator (Toy World`s Constructor), and Predaking (whichever will be released in a proper MP-scale), but he´s also a head shorter than my (almost complete) not-Superion from Zeta, and will probably have the same issue with Fans Toys`not-Menasor, and Moon Stusios not-Raiden. An inch, or two would make a huge difference with this guy.

 

Agreed. This is why many collectors use the UT limbs and mix it with Zeta Onslaught by connecting adapters

If I go XTB, he'll be too big (and I'm sure I'll get screwed in the PriceHole again)... EVEN though I think he'll look better than MMC's.
But MMC will have the size that matches ole Raggy...

Finally after a long break, I resume my design on 3d printed connector kit to connect MMC's arms to ragnaros. But, the result is an elongated connection between the the torso and the arms. So I also designed an add-on chest pieces to conceal it. And now it's finished, at least for now..  

 

GT is one bot away (Been that way for what seems like forever now). Granted it is more IDW in design but will be the same size, plus it is made by the same company.

Completely. Brawl and Onslaught must be the easiest figures to find.
At least by Vortex being the one missing, it doesn't stop us combining the others and gives the option for either chest plate. Silver lining and all that.

 

Dry very late to the party, but I just got a complete set from a fellow board member about 2 weeks ago in a great deal. It was only missing the 2 small guns to vortex. I knew it was smaller, but I might be looking to move it for Zeta’s version just cause of the size. But damn I love it. Also anyone else have loose propellers on vortex?

 

Yeah that’s true, blast off is still on its way to me so he has no arms at the moment and still looks awesome

 

He is disappointingly short, for being so damn sexy... but he looks good with siege omega and CW devy, if you're so inclined.
