But we've had no rumors of BW Rampage, and he's too major of a character to not be mainline. He'd be leader class at least, and all of our slots for the year are already filled. (I fully expect him though, once Rampage happens in the next few years.) ...might as well. The leak scene already jumped the shark the moment leakers started acting like Batman villains. Which was, like, months ago. I think Wreckgar39 was the first to start dropping leaks in the form of cryptic hints?
I'd say "Crab" is possibly Clampdown or Octopunch. We may not see BW Rampage or Shokeract for a while yet.

Exactly - the "new" earthmode Lambo mould is right there and we got deep cover out of all characters (yet still no armada wheeljack); Clampdown seems like a no-brainer. Also it might just be me but I think the helicopter hint does not make sense. If it is indeed stuff related to velocitron, a planet that's mostly highways, why would there be a helicopter out of all vehicles? if there is one with no wheels then it could be something hovering, kinda like blurr's car or maybe Seaspray.
Going back to this post... If "burnout" and "haul ass" are hints at Burn-Out and Hauler, the two Diaclone entries... and "road rip" is the hint for Road Rocket, the G2 entry... and "helicopter" and "cobra" are the false hints... and "scourge" is Scourge, the RID entry... then "stargazing" and "crab" are probably either hinting at both of the G1 entries and we are missing hints for the UT entries, or the other way around.
the thing is, with what we know there a chance it might actually be animal similiar to a crab, unless we hear about a hint that involves a tank, because atleast one of the character in the line has no wheels
Another wild theory: If there is a brand new mold introduced, it may also be the one without wheels, cause I'm thinking about Origins Wheeljack. It was not a thing for an entirely brand new mold to appear as an exclusive first until Buzzworthy with the Core and Origins Bumblebee, and an Origins Wheeljack could be created for its own sake as an exclusive to complement Origins Bee.
Don’t think Hauler is the diaclone one. I’m pretty sure the diaclone grapple mold was yellow and was repainted into Hauler.
That would be cool, though I hope stargazing is in reference to a deluxe Cosmos, as the one without wheels.

You could be right, we latched onto Hauler early because "burnout" seemed so straightforward. But what do you think about the grouping of the hints (the two Diaclones together, the two false hints together, the final two also being for one continuity. There appeared to be a symmetry there, 2-1-2-1-2)? And if not Hauler, who do you think it could be? Realizing it is the first step toward getting help. No, I kid. I like it, I really do. It's bonkers and the very definition of overthinking it, but I like it.
Cosmos would be a mainline retail release, wouldn't he? Th obvious store-exclusive redeco of a Cosmos toy would be Pathfinder, though. and stargazers are a class of character in Pathfinder, an RPG game But I know of no Cosmos toy in Legacy listings, so I'm definitely just making some connections that don't exist for the sake of finding patterns for the sake of finding patterns.
I really hope you're right about Stargazer. That'd take a lot more to make her work than Armada Blurr would, but there are enough vehicle mode similarities that I could see it working if they change how the shoulders transform. I think my top choice for her if she were to be a retool would be the new Elita-1, with SS86 Blurr as a second choice (that'd need at least as much retooling as Pointblank would, but the overall build of the robot mode would be perfect).
And THAT is what would make him scalper food and anger the fan base. That was a hint long ago in this thread. We're in the age where new molds are store exclusive!
