Wondering how far off Fans Hobby plan on releasing the repaint as G1 Siren? They have confirmed elsewhere this is going to happen BTW.

 

I think we'll see the Fire Guts version of Power Baser, then Armada Megatron, then Siren from this mould.

 

It is that Siren is apparently on the way, else I would have happily accepted Goshooter as a stand-in. Even though I had all the Headmasters as a kid, this is the only one from the line I'm really looking forward to- always found Siren (both car and bot mode) to be one of the most aesthetically pleasing Transformers for some reason.

 

Just jumped out of a chat with FansHobby. They advise MB-13A (repaint of MB-13 development is in process already).

Looks like he's stepped in some Tupperware and using that for shoes. Not a lick'a paint on them, either.

Still tempted to get this as a deskbot just because it has such a cool-sounding name.

That's certainly ...a look. It works a little better on the G1 toy as the slanted edge of the door sticker lines up with the slanted edge of the "Police" rear sticker, but it still feels disjointed. Feels like they would have ideally wanted that whole area black, but had to leave a white gap there for the door handle.

Seems it was like that in the anime too, but the edges were more rectangular and less slanted.

Honestly not sure what I'll do when I get mine now, lol...

 

I'm just happy they made the leg transformation less cumbersome compared to Minerva and Nightbeat. Not to mention great ideas to work in blockier arms.

 

You know, those were my first thoughts too when I watched Sun of the Empire's video. As much as I like Minerva, the legs are the worst part of the transformation.

 

The feet are Mis-transformed in those pictures, they’re meant to look like this:

 

Whew! That's significantly better even if still kind of Tupperware in look.

XTB Toro? I'm going with that guess because I felt it's feet were the bad ones rather than MMC Hellion, and I'm just assuming you did mean a Cliffjumper.

 

The stubby toed MMC one. The giant-footed one looks a bit wonky too. But I've gone back and changed the wording as even those weren't as ugly as this one, although now we know it was due to this figure being mistransformed by the photographer.

 

Wasn't gonna order because I really didn't like Athena, but Ace Hitter looks worlds better! Can't wait for mine to arrive
