Is it me or are @Marcelo Antunes and @edgecrusher bad influences on divine? His posts used to be comprised of sarcastic and stinging quips but now I see charts, graphs and discussions in economics and supply lines.

Ill be honest I didn't even know what walmart was until my nephew got a job there last yr. The Waltons are just some poors who own a five and dime store as far as my circle is concerned. No REAL money there.

 

If Wally World was luxury I'd be able to find a damn Ninja Turtle Party Wagon or classic figures. Nope. Bare aisles and out of stock website links. Damn yoooous, Wally!

 

Things must be getting sad at the FansToys Priory. Was just browsing the front page of TFW2005 which had the weekly ad for both The Chosen Prime and TFSource. Both adverts are nearly all XTB with only a couple token TT figures. Not a single FT figure being promoted at all this week. That Keith must be corrupting the souls of our nation's youth.

 

Oh, it’s sad. I wish FT would just keep putting out silhouettes of figures that they won’t be releasing years from now.

We all know that Hasbro is absorbing FT and that this glorious journey is over. That’s the word on the streets of Guangdong.

Nah, besides less excitement, they should just get those combiners done right and release what’s slated. We create our own craziness here until the next slate of reveals. Then we’ll be on every thread talking all sorts of smack.

In seriousness, does anybody else think it a bit odd that XTB is pumping out so many preorders over a short amount of time? Does it net them any cash upfront?

 

FT puts up a single PO. Servers all over the country go down.
XTB puts up a ton of POs. It's as if nothing has changed.

 

What is Dalianjj going to say right now? “Reissues that everyone has been crying about? Check. Complaints about false scarcity? Settled. Price reduction? We’ll get back to you. Combiners done yet? Nope.”


XTB has been holding off on reveals for the past year and a half, along with a lot of other companies and with no light at the end of the COVID tunnel, they just decided to drop the bomb. Also helps take the edge off of the lack of a resolution about the Locke situation too. Or it’s possible Keith’s making a push to be the new top dog. Fun times.
