Ordered myself a Commander Rodimus for pick up from the Yorktown Walmart.... Guess I'll find out later today if they really have it..

I guess 2nd & Charles could, but I've never noticed the old price tag on the box there the way I've seen the Ross or Ollie's sticker still on the box when I'm at Oddball's.

 

Sandston is not that far from Downtown as opposed to 2nd & Charles, Hobby Town, and Ollies which are all clustered together in the west end. I'm sorry the east end or downtown doesn't have those type of stores.

Short Pump must have put out a new case of SS86 voyagers, as there are now 5 thrusts and the one wreck gar I grabbed this morning. I assume someone grabbed a thrust yesterday (taking them down to 3) plus a new case this morning.

They had a single Tracks and the kids 4 pack of prime, bee, megs, and starscream. No worlds collide or galvatrons.

 

Someone is going to be less than pleased you found their hiding place. It was most likely put there for someone else to grab later aka stashed. Sort of gives you a warm fuzzy feeling when you find a diamond in the rough.

 

North Winchester Target - 5 thrusts, 0 wreck gar, 1 Tracks. That’s about all of interest there. Did pick me up a kingdom wheel jack though, so hardly a wasted trip.

 

When I lived in Seattle I found by happenstance an old figure underneath the bottom shelf at a target. Don't remember what it was now, but apparently there was someone in the north end of the city and suburbs that would hide stuff underneath to come back later, and then never came back. Walmart has open bottoms but Target and Fred Meyer don't. Over the next few weeks I hit every Target and Fred Meyer and checked under all the shelves in the toy section and found a TON of old stuff, mostly the rares/single packs from whatever waves. I found everyone but Batman from the movie line with the bat signal, several Star Wars black figures including a Darth Maul when he was selling for $100+, a 25th 5 pack, the cobra army one. This was all in 2017 I think. Most of the stuff was clearanced under $1 at that point too.

I don't normally just flip a ton of stuff on eBay but I sold almost all of that stuff and pulled in about $1000 on $100 spent and a tank or two of gas. It was marvelous.

 

2nd & Charles being a division of Books-A-Million makes it less likely to me that they would aggressively scalp products directly. There’s one up here in Northern Virginia now too

There's one in Woodbridge near Potomac Mills, and a newer one in Chantilly.

 

4 TWrecks at Skyline Target, though they are all over with the NECA stuff.

 

Roanoke Target has 4 BB Thrust, a bunch of Cyberverse 4 packs, and an Ark. Looks like the 2 Wreckgars that should be here are gone.

 

So the Worlds Collide pack is not coming to Richmond or anywhere in Virginia?

 

Two World Collide packs were seen at the Mosaic Target in Merrifield, VA. I found mine in Maryland a couple weeks back.

Most of the Target stores up here in NoVA are just now getting their refreshes finished and getting the new stuff out. Chantilly was doing it yesterday morning. Looked like worker bees running around. Must have been a dozen pallets lining the main aisle in the toy section. They were also doing sporting goods.

 

Richmond is usually about a week after NoVA for Target stuff. We must be served by a warehouse to the south, and NoVA to the north. I'd keep checking this week.

Site note: nothing of interest at Walmart or Target short pump, though Target still had one Tracks from yesterday

 

So, anyone hunting for Apeface should check Lynchburg Ollies. Also a ton of WWII Hot Rod and Arcees.
Target must have gotten it's Studio Series voyagers, but Wreckgar is gone. Plenty of Thrusts. Also a Wingfinger and 2 Wheeljacks, so if you are looking for Scorp or Tracks, keep looking. I got all excited when I saw the Worlds Collide slot filled, but it was Cyberverse.  
Lynchburg Wal-Mart is Wave 1 crowded, nothing new.

 

There are shelf tags for the set at both stores here in Williamsburg, but neither store has done the reset as of yesterday so its all probably in the back..

 

The tags mean the reset is already done. There's no product anywhere or they'd be "available for in store pickup", this set just hasn't hit our stores yet. Should be sometime this week.

If anyone isn't aware, you can find the set on the app on your phone and hit the "alert me when in stock" button, then once the stores get it you should be able to order for in store pickup. Now, if the set is in back on a pallet when you place the order, it might get cancelled, but then you know your store has it and you should be able to go in and get it whenever they stock the shelves.

 

C-ville Target must have gotten their SS Voyagers in as they have 4 Thrusts but the Wreck-gars are long gone.

 

One of my local friends found and bought me a Wreck-Gar at a Loudoun Target yesterday, he didn't think to tell which one. But it's nice to know they're hitting the area
