There was one left today to my surprise. I’d given up finding one and had gone into target to get coffee filters after buying some beans at the farmer market

 

Odd Ball antiques is a great one to check out! Pretty sure they had some comics and models when I went, in addition to all kinds of TF figures. Pretty close to 2nd and Charles as well

 

Has the SS86 wave with Wreck-Gar shown up at any Walmarts yet, or has it only been Targets so far?

He’s been spotted at Walmart. I’ve seen a single Thrust at one of the Winchester Walmarts (escapes me at the moment, I apologize) but that’s as close as I’ve gotten to him. Slag has been around the Winchester area too. That’s where I got mine a month or so ago and I saw 2-3 Grindor’s on the west end Walmart a week or two ago, so he was there too. I put him on preorder at BBTS and if I stumble over him in the wild, great. If not, the obsessive hunts for Slag, Rodimus, and the Ark wore me out, so I won’t repeat that for him or gnaw.

 

Ollie's near Dulles Town Center has a healthy selection of Apefaces and Snapdragons.

 

Sterling Target has 1 Wreck-Gar remaining (after I grabbed the other 1) and like 7 Thrusts.

 

Nothing worth noting at the Chesapeake Square Target (other then four SS Thrusts) or Walmart, nor the North Suffolk Walmart or Kroger.

Has anyone checked the Hampton Ollies recently? Wondering if it’s worth the drive since I’m already relatively close.

edit: at least three SS06 Starscream’s, five Apefaces, One siege Megatron and five Snapdragon’s, plus a ton of Earthrise Micromasters and Battlemasters, at the Hampton Ollies

Odd question, I know some of you have said that other stores like comic stores and other second hand stores will go to Ollies and buy up the cheap toys. So would a 2nd & Charles do this? I ask because there is one across the street from the West Broad Ollies and a comic store down the road. Just wondering if that Ollies just sucks at getting stuff like the other days or if they get swarmed in the two days from it being mentioned here to me getting to the store. Might just be over thinking it.

I know some Walmarts do this where the voyager price is around $26. Usually better to get voyagers at Walmart for that reason.

What is a 2nd n Charles? Is that a cross street or a business? Do you guys have Ross out here? We do not in the metro Detroit area. If Ollie's out here has stuff ill hit there too, love me some Ollie's.

I searched model and hobby shops but all I came up with was hobby town, Michael's and a TON of RC shops. Its the other way around where I'm from, still have a few dedicated model shops in my area.

I went into a place today, one eyed Jacques...neat store for gaming..just not my jam. Ill hit hobby town, and hobby lobby just to see what is here...but I'm interested in what you guys are saying. Are they close to Sandston or one eyed Jacques?

I hit Richmond Comix for my stuff, but there's Third Eye and Stories on the north side.

 

I found a lone Wingfinger at the Hull St. Target, which I passed on, then walked over to check the NECA section and found a lone Wreck-Gar stuffed in among the Gremlins and snagged it.

 

Nothing but T-Wrecks at Janaf Target. Walmart….lol.

 

Eesh. Sandston is quite the trek from Downtown.

2nd & Charles is a business. You'll have better luck at Hobby Town than Hobby Lobby. Lobby is more crafty.

We do have Ross and Ollie's.

Try Oddball's, too. It's a consignment store with a lot of neat stuff. It's on Broad St pretty close to 2nd & Charles.
