No. Honestly I might have if it was a new mold that would fix the issues that I feel personally held the figure back, but paying $50 for the same figure but with opening hands, some accessories and a chair doesn't really seem like something I can do in good faith, even if I like the chair. Hell, I might have done it if it was anything but Earthrise Starscream

By the time of BW the ships had DNA scanners, they were plenty familiar with scanning and replicating biological lifeforms on their exploration missions.

Definitely living biological life forms, but fossilized ones...? Eh, maybe. But I don't think it's much of a stretch to assume they couldn't.

Is Lenny not the senior designer anymore? I wasn't aware Mark had taken that position over so quickly, must have missed it when that was announced.

First time I read this, my brain mixed up "shin" with "thigh" and I was utterly bewildered by the possibility of Hasbro wasting the tooling budget there. Shins make more sense. I hope you're right. Even if it's not much, I do hope they make the legs at least somewhat match the original's and distinguish them from the Siege/ER legs.

Kinda irritated they'd complicate such a simple design. Seems like a waste of budget that could've been spent on the legs and/or the trailer.

    Non-fake windshield-chest would be good.

I really hope this retool works out well.

IMO neither Rotorstorm nor Magnus looks accurate enough to be definite versions of the characters.
They could both use a redo.
    How's that?

A little too reasonable, I thought. Could you muster something more belligerent and bombastic?

Wow, a new figure to highly anticipate.
It sounds like Hasbro made a bunch of fantastic decisions here. I look forward to this guy.

Was it already answered whether this would be one of the Commanders for next year?

    Edit:
    Optimus is a Leader.
How does this jive with Bulkhead being retooled from Optimus?

    I can!

Kingdom Ultra Magnus is an affront to civilization as we know it! It's a bigger problem than climate change! It's more appalling than genocide! The fact that Hasbro put that figure out is the worst decision of the 21st century!

Let me know if I overshot there

Undershot, actually. Those are just horrific, nauseating terrors. This is a piece of plastic that is molded slightly differently from a 35 year old cartoon with inconsistent artistic quality! Now get back in there and show the proper enthusiasm!!

Thanks, Bob. It's good to know I can still count upon you, even in these uncertain times.

Now do 'distribution'. If you have the energy after that it would be great to see 'hollowness', 'budget', and 'G1' covered.

It's believed the Bulkhead retool is a Prime Optimus that's separate from this toy.

    I got this:

Magnus is a fucking disgrace, not even pandering to all the whiny washed up Geewuners can Hasbeenbro get their shit right, even the CW figure based on the shitty IDW design and overrated story did most things better while being a hollow, hard to pose, half assed brick. I find myself deeply and personally aggravated by anyone who gives that Siege/Kingdom highly posable, bot mode accurate figure a fraction of an ounce of praise.

Rotorstorm is a spit in the face for all fandoms anywhere, why the feck would Wasbro try to give us a half baked figure of a character NO ONE in his right mind cares about?? He's not even a proper member of that second rate autobot "commandos" no one even remembers. Plus, not really g1 if you dig deep into it, just based on a poorly built forgettable group sold on backward countries, No true transformers fan would care for anything not strictly based on that corny unremarkable Sunbow show past Season 1.
Worst part is this is just Trashbro trying to distract you from the fact that in 1998, The Undertaker threw Mankind off Hell In A Cell, and plummeted 16 ft through an announcer's table

PD: Hot Rod did nothing wrong and Optimus deserved to die, but at least Peter Cullen no longer voices him in the new shows

The distribution one wouldn't be satire. That one actually bothers me. And I don't know if 'G1' means "give us more G1" or "there's too much G1," because I cannot stress that I've seen the same person make both arguments in the same thread

I'd like to see both arguments come from the same person. With complete conviction. Please proceed.

Lenny is still on the Transformers team, they mentioned yesterday that Lenny AND Mark worked on the figures that were announced during the stream
