I think he's a very nice design, but the thigh gap elbows are a bit unsightly

WB Brut has a great aesthetic, I love their take on it! With that said, I love the Zeta even more. Maybe the modern is with the pantsforming?? The pants make it feel more solid. I don't know either about modern or outdated. But I like the smooth G1 aesthetic about Zeta. So I use Zeta as the Combined and the WB as the individual bot/alt mode.

Just got mine from BBTS today, and other than sanding down the tabs on Blast-off any other common issues with this batch I should look out for? Also any advice on how to sand down the tabs would be appreciated as this thread is a little too long to dig through

Got my replacement parts in from BBTS and installed them a while back.
If you're talking about the combiner tabs, you can also just unscrew these three screws and take the tabs out.

Y'know? The more I see of this and the warnings I have read... I think I might replace my CW one with this one. Scale's not perfect but man it looks the part better imo.

So, I got this in on Sunday (thanks FedEx!) and WOW. I love this set! I love it!

Now, what the heck do we do with the hands, feet, and gun?? Why does the gun transform? O _ o

It's been quite some time since I looked at the instructions so I can't remember if there's an "official" way to combine all the accessories or not. I think my launch pad configuration came from a combination of an emgo review and just seeing where things could plug in.

    Same here ^^
But it was on the grey's official prototype pics, for the launch pad.

Is the five figure boxset of the set a reissue? It seems like it, since the single releases appear to pre-date it. If I were to obtain this particular set, does that mean I should be prepared that it would not include the missile pods for Fierce Attack?

Also, it appears that the set is sold out on BBTS. Any idea if they might restock it later on down the road? I have no pressing need to get the set now, but it would be nice to check for availability.

The set is indeed a reissue. The pods will be included via a separate baggy if purchased from BBTS.

They've restocked at least once, I'd keep an eye on the listing.

I certainly would like to have all the parts, hence why I inquired about the missile pods. It seems that those parts may not be present if the set is bought from other sellers or said sellers cannot guarantee a way to get those parts if you do purchase the set from them.

I bought mine fairly recently from BBTS and they've started including the pods in the shipping box

Sorry to bring this thread back from the grave, but do you think it would still be worthwhile to ask BBTS if they have any of the missile pod parts? I ordered my reissue back almost a year ago now and would also like to have all the parts.

It wouldn't hurt to ask. BBTS has great customer service. And the worst they can do is say no
