This figure is one of the coolest things in my collection. It's brought me a lot of joy. Can't have that now can we? You couldn't ask for a worse place to break.

The worst part is baseless accusations that get left hanging because of the lock but no clean up and no way to respond and vindicate yourself.

It sucks having a car that acts up after 3 miles. My mom's tupidity suggest selling our car for $100 to buy a new car.

What the fuck kind of car you can buy with $100?! A power wheels?!

And she wants to sell her car for $10,000. It's a 17 year old 3 crashes having, radio not working, engine sputtering backfiring piece of shit. My car is worth more than her's. She will be lucky if she can trade it in for a bicycle with flat tires and no chain.

    Overheating.

Not often but the engine stops when it stops at a traffic light or stop sign.

I don't come to this thread often, more cause I generally can find stuff about my life unless catastophic that I can focus on and let the problems festering die down till they are managable.

Welp right now I need to get this off my chest so I don't harm some people...

A year ago I moved with my wife to another state, we were with some of her family, I was not too keen on moving here as I had some things that could make life easier, but she expressed a wanting to be closer to her parents and since she had stayed by my side when my parents were passing and helped me in every way I could not even begin to comprehend, I chucked it all away and moved here.

Now, let me get this straight right now, I do not regret doing this for her, I love her with all my heart and my siblings were less then welcoming, so i did what I thought was best for me and and her and agreed. We moved down here a year ago and are staying with some of her family.

Aside from moving to a totally new place, and also learning our stable and well paying jobs we transferred to were pretty much fucked from the word go. We pushed through, we thought we had support of her family we were staying with. Then entered in who we shall hence forth refer to as dead weight.

Dead weight is a person who is...well if you've seen the show Fraiser, think of Simon, if you haven't pretty much picture an unemployed louse who seems to only exist to surf from couch to couch and not have a job and yet somehow manage to get away with anything...except the state has two strikes against him, oh and he hits his on again off again girlfriend who seems to keep coming back to him.

Now his father, well he seems to turn a blind eye to all of this, as this is going on they keep constantly asking us what we are doing, when are we going to be leaving when will we be getting our shit together, the usual stuff. I will say I took a little pride in the fact I finally managed to secure a new job as he started his new one and seemed to lose it in the same day after his father praised him to my wife as a shining example of how a man should be and how he can pull himself up from the bootstraps.

Also this whole time the people were staying with are railroading her and keep finding things about me to point out as flaws, and how I seem to be a failure, does it bother me yeah it does but I keep thinking of the tom petty line "Think of me what you will, I've little space to fill."

So as I took a hit in hours at my old job and we were barely able to pay bills we found ourseleves having to apartment hunt for the reasons of she was getting sick of it, and also fear that they were going to pull the rug from under us. I can report with the new job we're in better shape and will be out of here at the end of the month to a place we prefer.

But, that has seemed to escalated things, the dead weight has returned and his father seemingly ignores all points of us, tonight we were told food would be ready in about 2 hours as we went out and did stuff, then find when we came home it be more like 9 pm, and my wife and his wife will not be eating because they both work early in the morning. Him and his son however are eating like kings, I refuse to eat the food and since we are so close to getting out I am not running to a McDonalds to grab some food...i'll be doing that in the am when I take my wife to work.

I wish I could say this was the final nail in the coffin but I am leaving a lot out, I will say tha that the husband I mention is a mysginstic asshole who feels he is entitled and everyone should pay him dues or something. He will not be happy when I deactivate the fire sticks he's using on my account and changing passwords and removing streaming channels we don't use but he does, I did this at first more as a thank you for staying but now its more of a "Welp, no long my issue."

As for the dead weight, well look I am not one prone to violence and I have not said everything, but if there was no way of bringing problems to my wife and her family, I think I could sleep with myself at night knowing he did not walk this earth anymore, and the fact that two-years ago I would be stunned by myself saying this shows how shit has gone down in my life lately.

Also, my wife's parents are not apart of this mess, they are around but a bit away due to borders, they kind of know what is going on but my wife has kept a lot back just cause we have to live here, the end of the month will change that and she is going to tell them everything, and that ought to be a hell of a show on its own.

Anyway, much better getting that off my chest, if you read this thanks for reading and know what I said I do not say or take very lightly. I also hope your in a much better spot than I currently am.

I had a dream I was about to be forcibly lobotomized because my family was fed up with my OCD. Just makes me want to grab my dremel and do it myself now.

My idiot roommate got arrested for pointing an airsoft gun without an orange tip at a bunch of people, including a journalist, so now me and another roommate have to temporarily take care of his dog until our apartment building managers can figure out what happens to the dog now that the guy's not allowed in the building anymore

I'm still depressed. Told my mom that and she told me the basics

    Cheer up
    Get over it
    Think positive
Other people have it worse than you
    Snap out of it.

Like that commercial. She tried to justify her response but like that ad said. Those sayings do not help. If anything it made me more depressed because believe she doesn't understand, doesn't want to understand, insensitive or doesn't care. I'm not having suicidal thoughts but it doesn't mean I'm not depressed. It makes me cry of course the all say men don't cry. Until they go through or understand what I'm going through, they need to shut the fuck up.

I made it 3 days without alcohol. I was really hoping for at least 7 but I made it 3. Had a therapy session completely shit faced. I'm embarrassed and ashamed. Guess I'll keep trying and hope fore better next time. I have to see my parents shortly and I'm completely messed up. I really hate myself for this.

I know its tough to beat alcohol out of your life. After 4 years of drinking, its been 7 months since I have had a drop. Sometimes temptation rears it's head but I have the strength to tell it to piss off.

I don't want to say that if I can do it, you can do it because we all face it in different ways. Try setting a goal. 3 days is a good start. Gradually increase it. You can beat this. You will beat this.
