So what is exactally this mode code name and box and stuff. i looking for it on taobao and there are quite many bay's op around. What exactally key work i sould find, anyone have the pic of the box and it's content ?

 

There might be no box as of yet, because this probably is still in the prototype stage. Simple upscaling doesn't necessarily mean skipping QC control and all that.

 

I also don’t think this is connected to the “reissue” we’ve been hearing about. I think this is a separate KO Upscale of BA, simply because the Reissue is meant to be shipping out to retailers end of this month/next month and shipping out to customers hopefully by next month too, the upscale KO wouldn’t be far enough along in production for it to be the same reissue, plus the KO upscale sort of seems to match that oversized Bumblebee that came out. Looks like it would match with Wasp Warrior

 

More than just the hands. There's lots of room for articulation improvement and him being upscaled leaves plenty of room to do them.

 

pretty much true, the head upgrades already mitigates much of the limited head movement, along with the atrocious look of Prime looking rather thick-browed

in terms of more articulation, the knees and hips were crucial areas in terms of dynamic areas, although with mine, i carved out a section of the foot joint to further give room for ankle tilt, although i would want to have his feet to angle more forward

maybe in the upscaled version there wouldn't be much of changes in terms of movement since it generally looks like a complete and carbon copy of the ordinary BA Prime

 

I'm curious in what the actual differences are in terms with the Leafage v2 and v3 heads...

This is an interesting figure to OSKO, but unless they were to do some improvements (especially the head, which should be up to par with the leafage/WMW heads) then I won't bite. Optimus is the only character that I wouldn't mind having in some wacky scale, since I have a whole collection of just Optimii, but a simple upscale wouldn't cut it.

 

Idk why most companies just cannot understand how demand works, for example the over-oversized MP10, the figure has a high demand but they re-released him in weird captain America colors that nobody wants, instead of a simple reissue, why they take those dumb decisions?

Albeit being that the demand and decision over it is just utterly bewildering to boot-, since it's basically the Wasp Warrior case yet again, along with the Mechanical Alliance Bumblebee;

all we mostly wanted was a newer iteration to mostly "top over" the LT Bumblebee due to it being so elusive nowadays, but then the decision to make it abysmally massive just sealed the overall deal for those who mostly wanted a revamp of an MPM to scale bumblebee

So I ended up pre ordering a second one of these from Iacon, as my original is heavily modified and came as a second hand. It’d be nice to feel more confident playing with the figure. To date, it’s still the most definitive version of Optimus from the original trilogy in my opinion.

 

Is that the Leafage V2 head you have for Prime? or is it the V3?
