Target can go both ways.
In Trapp, world's collide is unavailable on app, but there are 3 on shelf.
In oaks, gijoe classified viper has been listed in stock for a week, but none have been in store.
I can't shoot target online down completely.
My acquisition of rodimus went as smooth as glass.
Ordered July 30, picked up August 3.

But seriously, I remember going through this with the Seeker 2-pack, Thrust, and Runabout-muck (can't keep them straight).
I saw both of them enough times that I wouldn't worry just yet.
At least this set has price going for it that only scalpers and collectors are likely to pick it up. Parents casually shopping probably won't grab it as easily as the others.

 

I hope I can find one, but the only store that supposedly carries them has been a bust all week. On Sunday they scanned the tag and told me a little a truck was coming this week. I was told to call Wednesday morning to see if they could hold one. Come Wednesday, the guy on the phone looked it up and said they had none. Today I had someone scan it again, 0 on hand and 0 on the way.

If anyone finds one while they're out, I'll pay you cost+shipping+a small finder's fee. Better than paying a scalper. If you're down, PM me to work out the details.

Lucky. The Stroudsburg Target shows on both app and Brickseek in stock for a week now, bit when I call, I get nowhere so I gave up.

My store showed in stock on the app Monday morning and was gone by 4:30 PM that same day. No option to pick up either. I set the app to notify me when it's in stock. Which it did alert me that more was in stock, yesterday at 3:04 PM, but of course I work nights and was asleep, so saw that message at after 6PM, and again... showing near by stock in Stroudsburg. :/

I do have him ordered through both Pulse and BBTS, but you know how it goes when there is that one figure you want the most out of a given set, plus store purchases feel more victorious. So, maybe I'll find one this week coming.

Haven't been out in a couple days, but willing to lay odds that nothing new appeared at my local redmart or bluemart.

This is one of the few local target's to have a tag for the ark & I presume rodimus as well.
The target's I hit today have the mpm optimus tag instead.
Glad I got my rodimus already, because the hunt appears to have gotten harder.
