Yeah the banished gear don't fit on humans. Heads are just different enough that it won't work. The open faced Brute helm only works because it's opened faced.

 

I just looked again and sure enough, there they are.

I suspect I will continue with the Helioskrill helmet. The other options require heads I haven't to spare. The Helioskrill helmets I can bulk buy without resulting in a bunch of headless spartans, marines or brutes.

Just like the Battle Cat build set (which is still in stock as well as the Battle Ram), the Skeletor Havok Staff and this Halo 20-pack, will eventually be available and in stock. Remember, there is a global shortage of materials and a global shipping delay (on top of increasing costs for materials and shipping). This may be one of the factors why the latest MOTU Heroes set was not completely fulfilled, hopefully there is more on the way (unless Mattel decided to ship more to other vendors like Walmart/Target/etc). Hopefully, they realize how popular the individual figures are.

I am just glad there is an online option to buy MC at the moment. Amazon may be Mattel's best option of providing the online availability of MC product (sure beats Mattel Creations or Matty Collector).

Yeah. Like SMLP mentioned, Battle Cat was originally listed as "currently unavailable" before finally going live for orders. The listing is probably just a placeholder for the time being. With any luck, there will be plenty.

 

I'm hoping for the sake of those who missed out this is the case. I also wonder how much an issue it will be with/if Walmart didn't pick them up for the Fall season. I was thinking as well if Walmart passing on the MotU advent calander was enough to tank it.

 

If you have a Meijer store near you they are doing some Fall re-sets. I saw few Mega Construx things today. One had the Spartan and Brute weapons customizer packs. I got the single Spartan set they had. They also had a bunch of the Halo Banshee Breakout sets for $12.99. Two other stores I checked only had the Banshee set and nothing else.

 

Decided to slam my Infinite Warthog onto the new HW monster truck chassis. Pretty good!

 

The Infinite Warthogs are $5 at Walmart. Picked three up.
