Boo hiss, I just checked out my Origins Roboto and his chest cogs aren't working properly! It seems that the centre cog has come loose so it doesn't turn properly or activate his jaw.

It was a very stiff mechanism to begin with and I was afraid it wouldn't last long. Anyone else have a Roboto?

Got any of yer classic PVA glue spudger/spatulas to hand? A pair of them are my go-to plastic-on-plastic prying tools.

What? This is already amazing! I'm so baffled by how this came together from those blocks so quickly! Love it!
Man, this pic makes me yearn for some modern Thundercats toys
Was thinking about this too. We're only half way through the year and I've got all my favourites. My top 10 is done, the rest is just filler.

Glad to make your acquaintance today mate! Let me know the craic when you can.

No problem, I was just giving you my honest feedback. Some really cool stuff.

Well, I havent taken any pics to rival some of the better photographers in this thread but ive been screwing around with DSLRs for the past 15 years or so (this makes me feel old), and occasionally get paid for it. There is a bigger learning curve than a phone, for sure, but you dont need a new camera unless the one you're using is actually knackered. Most photographers value good lenses over the actual camera but even the normal lenses that come with the camera can get you far.

Modern phones have a whole bunch of user-friendly processing built into them to make it much easier for someone with no knowledge of photography to take very striking images. A DSLR allows for more creative expression, however, and crisper images to boot.

What problems are you having, exactly? And what camera/lens do you have?

There is a man who rows across from Birkenhead in a Coracal. Medieval Nick they call him and he wants only gold to row across the Irish Sea. That's the reason why stuff cannot be sent economically via freight airships.

No further luck on finding a suitable ferret ornament or statue although my pal in Oxfordshire also suggested planting something on the spot as an alternative which is under consideration.

Had to check Rebecca was OK earlier as she hadn't got up to eat her tea and was rewarded with a dirty look when I woke her up but she chomped most of the food and not my finger....result! :D

Just a heads up that one of the leakers said it’s looking really likely the Monsterbots are getting rereleased in the Walmart Retro Line (alongside the 3 ‘87 Decepticon Targetmasters & the Autobot Jumpstarters) when they release the next two waves, so if you still want to make that custom you will likely be able to get Repugnus cheaper then.[/QUOTE]

Cheers for this, any idea where I can find the post please ?

    On hols in Scotland.

    1) I mate midgies. I mean more than I hate bay formers toys… so fairly high level of hatred.
    2) I hate flying ants.

The views aren’t half bad though…

    Spoilers dude!

But yes, Skeletor is He-Man's Uncle. (And He-Man's mum is from Earth which I somehow missed in the 80s).

That is some very clever composition, well done :thumb  Took me a moment to realise what was going on :)

    He looks pretty neat!

This may be an odd thing to ask, but what's the graphic novel(s) behind?

    'Again'?!:wtf:

    You misspelled ganache!

    I'll add this morbid addendum.

It's hard to think of many standard retail toys that could match the sculpting and overall value of the 2000X figures. I had a nice collection which I eventually and unfortunately had to move on because I just didn't have space. Most of them I picked up in the 2 for 1 Woolies' sale, Teela I bought for about 30 quid on eBay and all the Snake Men figures, including the Snake Armour He Man which wasn't released in North America, for a couple of quid each at a local market. Amazing value.

Just don't ask him about the Machine Wars. Seeeeeeriously. There was a pop of Gearhead there and I quite regret not getting it because it was pretty cool!

    YEAH! I'd go for that!

Always a pleasure to meet another board buddy! I'll give you a shout when T-Wrecks is logged on the system for purchase.

It's the latest issue of Image Comics' Commanders In Crisis :D

Work confirmed they have wave 2 of the Super 7 Ultimate Transformers on order so I'll definitely be getting Bludgeon, Grimlock and Megatron, but I don't know if we're getting wave 1, so I may have to look elsewhere for Banzaitron.

Picked up Kingdom Red Alert, you may be surprised to know, and a FUCKLOAD of comics from work and got home to be greeted by a set of Leonora Carrington tarot cards and an MFT Artfire from @Dobbie :D

I like Red's new deco BUT I still wish they'd added an extra hinge or two to the sides of the roof so those panels just above his waist could fold out of the way entirely. Makes his top half look so wide :S

LOVE MFT Artfire though - what a smashing wee man!! I will be needing to get Hauler, Inferno and Grapple ASAP!!!

Wait what, That wasn't in it!

Made a start on motu revelation. Not gonna lie, I'm loving it! The little cheesy flashbacks are hilarious. Skeletor does sometimes sound a little close to joker but that still works tbh. I really like the main team too. Feel like everyone has way more personality than the original cartoon.
