Aw snap! You beat me to it. But still, this fits considering the 35th anniversary for Machine Robo Revenge of Cronos this year. Damn, isn't that a long time coming?!
Nope. Triple Jim is a toy made for the Revenge of Cronos line and was made for the toyline which Baikanfu,Kenryu,Rom and Leina came from. He also appeared in the anime. He is however bigger than the rest of the 600 line which I'm surprised because I don't have his toy to know how big he is.
Right, I know what the original toy is I was wondering if that review video was for a new KO of it. Without knowing what’s being said in the video I have no context.
Yeah, that is what I want to know. Is this a KO or a re-issue of the original toy? If it is a reissue, I would like to own one.
He's about the size of a Super Gobot, maybe a bit shorter than most because he's kinda chubby. So that one looks quite mint (it's difficult to find in that condition), but is missing both of the missile launchers...
Are Blue Jet's arms supposed to tab in somehow when he's in jet mode? They don't seem to, but then there's also a segment on the instructions where you're directed to pull the little clips for his swords out for some reason -- or maybe push them in? I'm not really sure what they're trying to tell me to do there.
Apparently the forearms DO tab onto his legs... I just didn't have the legs in quite far enough. I still haven't figured out why the instructions indicate pulling out the forearm pieces for his swords though (or why those pieces slide out at all).
Machine Robo: Revenge of Cronos is receiving an SD-BD release from Discotek Media in early 2022. Looking forward to finally checking it out myself.
I really can’t express how excited I am for this. Hopefully we’ll get Battle Hackers eventually as well.
