Hey everyone, while working hard on my next G1 parts kit, I decided to make this nice display stand for my G1 Megatron. I’ll have this little stand available for purchase in the links below! This stand was designed to hold Megatron's iconic P-38 alt-mode! The stand was scratch built in CAD and 3D printed to the best of my ability. It holds Megatron very nicely, there are lips near the bottom and on the side that perfectly cradle the toy. The toy is EASY to place and SIMPLE to remove. Aww, I'm jealous lol. That's such an awesome looking figure! I have the standard MP-36, so I can use that for prototyping
Update: I just managed to secure an MP-05 w/ upgrade kit! So I can now make stands for both stay tuned.
Yes! I've been working on it and it's just about ready to launch. Here's a quick teaser image, I haven't made official product shots or an announcement yet, but these stands are part of a new line of 2-in-1 Displays, they can be assembled as either a wall mount OR a table top stand! It's very cool and I've been working hard to make sure they're as good as they can be before I launch them. Won't be too much longer
