I don't know if he was having an off week or what, but this is not how to safely pack figures. The only packing materials were three plastic bags and one of those reusable Target bags. Due to the loose packaging and the many gaps along every edge of the box, an accessory for one of the figures fell out during transit. Seller refused to take responsibility, became belligerent, and called a request for a $5 refund in light of the missing accessory ridiculous. I wish this transaction had gone more smoothly and I hope you're more mindful of how you pack figures in the future.
