That would be what they are suggesting. Listen to Belos and then blast the flashback clips. It's a very very similar voice. My guess is Hunter is nothing more then a new body for Belos once he gets everything working. Still the question remains how the hell he's been staying alive this whole time. Unless he's just been living off of Titan blood(hence why there isn't any left at Eclipse Lake) perhaps and palisman.

Hopefully we find out by "season 3's" end. Sucks Owl House got canned though. So much they could have fleshed out about the Boil Isles.

 

I still don't even understand the why. But knowing Disney...Probably something to do with getting antsy over how certain foreign markets react to LGBT content. Especially when they can't just quietly edit it out.

 

Could also be they wanted to spend more money on Disney+ content. The networks will be afterthoughts at this point. We are in the streaming wars. Everyone will be pushing more money to the streaming services to get more subscribers.
Also keep in mind Disney lost a lot of money last year due to COVID. Could just be penny pinching.
