Given the marketing with Skids (Skids is getting a new MP and is rumored to be in Legacy), I'm starting to wonder if Bludgeon is about to get something as well. Not only is Super 7 doing a Bludgeon but Furai Model also tease they were doing Bludgeon as well. Could we be in for a hattrick and possibly a new WFC/Legacy Bludgeon?

...when was Terrorsaur said to be an upscale of Airazor? Cuz that would mean he's a new mold like Tigatron is, rather than an actual retool as he was reported to be.

 

Is Energon Mega-class Megatron a separate mold from Energon Leader-class Galvatron? Is DotM Deluxe-class Starscream the same mold as Studio Series Voyager-class Starscream?

Personally, I'm not sure how to categorize it. But the important bit is, what did the leaker mean by Terrorsaur sharing a mold with Airazor? Maybe we should ask them.

 

I'd bet my left nut Tarantulas will be a Scorponok retool, that stocky torso screams it

 

what i meant was that he would be an upscale if the bot mode was gonna be scale-accurate. but seeing as theyve thrown that out the window with the latest predacons. hes probably just gonna be the same size as airazor

probably not, tarantulas works an entirely different way than scorponok. hes probably gonna use shared engineering with BA but be an original mold, like tigatron

 

.....Both examples you give are situations of 2 separate molds, yes. Like, they share engineering, but they do not literally share any of the same actual steel molds. Things have gotten fuzzier these days with shared sculpts between separate molds, but given how clear the leakers were previously about Tigatron being a separate mold that uses similar engineering, it sounds like they're saying Terrorsaur is literally going to be an actual true retool of Airazor.
