Now that someone has them in hand they could post pics of the UPC. If we can scan it in the app we should find the listing.

Oh, no... They actually fired up RID2015 molds again?? Yeesh. I think these might sell, initially, as a curiosity but they'll end up sitting in a clearance bin before it's all over with.

 

On the bright side, at least we get a G2 Aligned Continuity Grimlock...

 

They called the optimus/grimlock combiner \'Primelock\'
They could have gone with \'Locktimus Grime\'!

 

These actually look pretty cute, and pretty fun. I\'ve been looking to add more to my Aligned Collection anyway, which is, at the moment, pretty miniscule. However, I bet the current prices for them are a little unreasonable, so I\'ll just wait it out and swoop in once they inevitably go on sale like the Core Class Bumblebee set.

Does the Cyberverse line have anything resembling a coherent plan or is it just whatever crap they have lying around and can shove in a clip-art box on short notice?

Exactly. Why would there be a plan for a best-of line like Buzzworthy Bee aside from, well, spotlighting Bee.

Cyberverse is doing just fine.

 

They're such a mishmash. Cyberverse ran into Bumblebee Cyberverse Adventures ran into Buzzworthy Bumblebee with similar branding and reused toys. Bringing in junk from the tail end of RID2015 doesn't do anything to change that impression.

Plus when you go to store and all you see, every single time, is this dusty junk because absolutely everything else is cleared out, it's like all last year where grocery stores were full of off-brand Mexican versions of everything just to have something on shelves.

 

No, the new subline imprint of Cyberverse/Bumblebee Cyberverse Adventures is "Dinobots Unite". Buzzworthy Bumblebee is sort of a "best of" line that covers Studio Series, War for Cybertron Trilogy, Cyberverse, the Bumblebee movie line, RID 2015 and even AOE.
