Well I did another brickseek test. I looked on there and found a Walmart not too far from me that showed it had MC BC vs Rotons for $9.40 and Skeletor Skulls for $2.49 in stock. I headed down there and the stock amount and prices were correct! I got 2 BC vs Rotons and 2 Skulls (left another 4 BC vs Rotons and 1 Skull there). Not a bad score for just under $26 total!
Wow an excellent score for sure! Prices for the Roton set are super high at TRU in Canada which is pretty annoying when all I want from it is Mer-man and maybe Battle Cat lol

Have to pay shipping with Walmart so maybe if I can find something else to have a higher total.. with BBTS I at least have low flat rate shipping and a bunch of items to go with it already in my pile of loot. And that's exactly what I mean with my local stores (Target) have literally NOTHING. For months now. I cannot find any of the new Pokemon sets here at all.
A WalMart that had a dozen Roton set Wednesday showed them in stock at eight bucks. But they've done their reset and I can't find a place on the shelves for mega Brands stuff, those sets, nor a discount area where they may've been relocated to.
They sometimes have things set aside in carts in back waiting to be clearanced tagged and re-shelved. May be worth a check back later.
At the four stores on my route home, yes. Wonder what words of optimism Yan would have for this state's support of their product. I mean, maybe it'll be different next month or September when all those preorders got pushed back to. But, WalMarts here have nothing to offer Mega buyers. From what I saw, Meijer is the best option... kinda. They at least got in the newest Halo Heroes amd CoD four packs. Too bad those are over an hour away in any direction for me.
Walmart has been problamatic for me when it comes to Mega Construx since I've really started buying them, rarely do I find what I'm looking for at any of the area stores. Being in the home State of Meijer, there's quite a few around me. It's been great having them carry MC stuff. Aside from Dollar General I think Meijer has supplied me with the most things. Plus Meijer has sales at least once every other month on the brand.
After seeing your post last night I tried out Brickseek myself. Not as good of luck. The stores and stock counts did not match up, or were just slow to update. Some stores had higher numbers than what Brickseek said, or had things that were suppossed to have sold out. This applies mostly to the Roton set. I guess I missed the Point Dread blow out in my area, would have loved a 2nd set of the Zodak/BA Skeletor figures. I did grab 2 Halo Heroes wave 13 Trailblazers for $3 each. Saw some CoD figures for $1.23 each and I know I should have just grabbed them for parts alone but just wasn't interested in Soap MacTavish or Captain Price.
Found two COD battle packs I had never seen before at Meijer this morning. Battle Royale Air Drop, and Tactical Infiltration Team. they also had halo heroes series 14 and a couple of red spartan helmets.

I like it has the name written on a plate of what it is. Like Skeletor has to label his things. "Beast Man, go get me my Havoc Staff....and don't bring me back my blender like last time you furry oaf. I labeled it, just for you. Shit, you probably can't read... DAMMMIT!!!!"
So I'm taking it that the Tri-Clops, TrapJaw, Man-E-Faces, Roboto, Scareglow wave is *just* starting to be released and people are just getting over anxious? The ebay prices are ridiculously nuts, especially since I can reasonably get any other previous wave figure release for cost. I have difficulty not seeing these being released in similar quantity like previous waves.
