Boy, do I have a good news for you. I bought 2nd hand figure from a guy with a snapped hinge and I fix it using gorilla glue, a clip and mini hand drill.
Just be careful to not put any excess on the joint.

Using only super glue is a bad solution because it's not strong enough to mesh it back together, you need an inner foundation.

What about the super glue + baking soda?

The inner is just plastic so if you're not careful it's going to snapped again

I think I have a spare if you want it? I bought an extra figure as I broke the first one. Kept it for spares, if needed.

    How did you break it?

The thumb on mine broke off already. Scared to handle him now.

I fiddled with the canopy on the back and the stick holding it broke. Completely my own fault.

Thanks for the offer! As you can see my 3D sticker turned out just fine and I’m happy with the fix, but I recall someone else in this thread didn’t receive one at all, so perhaps someone could use a replacement set of parts more than me.

That happened on my official mpm after 2 weeks of having him, so I was cautious with this when I got it, but after 2 weeks I saw mine cracking in that exact same spot, so I covered it in super glue and rotated the part to make sure there was still clearance, and it's been perfectly fine since. Honestly though, I can't believe has/tak approved that joint after being so delicate, even at this scale it's still a breaking risk.

I’ve had my Official MPM for several months and transformed it many times and haven’t had it snap. Meanwhile I’ve had LS-09 for like a month and the back piece did.

So it's not an isolated incident huh? OSKO BMB quality is questionable

This may not be as bad as others but my BM Ironhide came with his toe popped off and stress marks on one of the joints near his backpack I put the toe back on but I believe the plastic or material was bent so his toe won't move properly. (Boo hoo I know lol)

I haven't seemed to have anymore problems that I've noticed but I was scared to do anything else because I was scared I was being rough on some of the tolerances. He's still one of my favorite display pieces though. Hope everyone else is still enjoying this guy! I'm just an IH fan so both the MP and BM are okay in my book.

I was enjoying BMB Hide until I got the Upgrade Kit for MPM-6. Now BMBHide is sitting in a box with FE Leader Knight Prime. It’s mostly due to BMB Hide scaling with NOTHING aside from BMB Prime, and the defects like the truck bed piece not tabbing all the way under his foot, the broken back piece or the loose ratchet joints. Literally my only complaint with MPM-6 was the lack of locked in shoulders, but now that I have a solution, BMB Hide will probably go to my nephew.

Yeah, I thought people were exaggerating when they said the “plastic is of inferior quality”.

Yep, it’s why I’ve always been disappointed hearing something is a BMB ko...

BUT the exception is their KO MPM Starscream, he feels better than the OG MPM imo.

Hi. I'm curious about that hand drill. What's the smallest diameter hole you can make? Also, can you use them drill bits with your Dremel tool?

I used 1 mm and 1.2 mm drill bit . Make sure to make a little bit of indent on the plastic using a hobby knife before drilling it.
I think you can put it in a dremel but I don't currently have it. But because the plastic is so small thin I highly against it because the torque could break it.

If you have anymore question just hit me up.

Any tips on transforming him without breaking him? Now I'm paranoid...
