I translate it using Deep.L Translator:

The case involving the infringement of intellectual property rights of Transformers "Wei Jiang" was opened today in Hongkou District, Shanghai. The Hongkou District Prosecutor's Office believes that the case is an infringement of the copyright of an internationally renowned toy company, involving the protection of the copyright of three-dimensional works, and the suspect's modus operandi is hidden, through the production of toy products mixed with some internal parts of their own design and other methods to cover up the fact of infringement. The whole criminal process involved multiple links such as casting, mold making, production, storage, transportation, and sales, etc. The public impact was bad.
Li Moujia, An Mou, and other five people since 2019, without the authorization of the intellectual property rights unit Hasbro, the company "Bumblebee" "Optimus Prime" and other 27 Transformers series of toys for counterfeit design, appearance fine-tuning, production, and so on, and The amount involved was more than 2 million yuan, which is particularly serious and has violated Article 217 of the Criminal Law, and should be held criminally responsible for copyright infringement.
The five defendants all pleaded guilty and were punished, and the court will pronounce the sentence at a later date.
Article 217 of the Criminal Law stipulates that if the amount of illegal income is large or has other serious circumstances, the person shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, and shall be punished by a fine or a single fine; if the amount of illegal income is huge or has other particularly serious circumstances, the person shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years, and shall be punished by a fine.

The factory may continue to exist, but TF related projects from them are dead.

I was always a serious Copyright Critic in my life. Please don't start an argument, but ever since I heard about people who just tried to reproduce unlicensed products that were superior going to jail, it made me furious. Though most people believe copyright laws are necessary, I've always hated them. Personally, I wouldn't say Weijiang should have made profit, and should have given it to Hasbro, but (once again don't argue with me!!!) they definitely didn't deserve even a month, not to mention 3 years in prison. Now that other 3rd party companies are in just as much danger (some even make OG modes, yet they are still illegal because they share designs of the characters owned by Hasbro), it has made me so mad I haven't bought any official Transformers toys (I know this happened in 2020, but it was after I knew found out about the real truths of copyright laws when I really got fired up) for 7 months before I posted this, and have only being buying 3rd Parties, regardless of whether they are a 4th party/KO, OG figure, or even a KO modified to the point where it would be called an OG figure (like most of Black Apple's best KOs). Ever since I did more research about counterfeit products, it just has made me hate copyright even more to the point where I actually support copyright infringement and wish more companies could commit it, despite the legal consequences.

Also, Black Apple got released in mid-2021, but he's stopped making Transformers toys to mass produce and rather just does them for his enjoyment, so unless another 3rd party company somehow got the prototypes, files, and designs for the unreleased toys, the only way we are going to get one is if we buy the original and customize it ourselves (which I've done countless times. I once only removed pinned and repainted figures, but Black Apple inspired me to not only do that, but also redesign figures to the point where they are a completely different one).

PLEASE RESPECT MY OPINIONS. I KNOW THAT SOME OF YOU MIGHT SUPPORT COPYRIGHT LAWS, BUT I PERSONALLY AM AGAINST THEM. FOR THOSE WHO DO SUPPORT, I CAN'T DO ANYTHING BUT LET YOU KEEP YOUR BELIEFS AND RESPECT THEM. I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU BELIEVE. JUST DON'T MAKE FUN OR NEGATIVELY CRITICISE MINE.

Just to stray slightly off topic but on the comment ;)
For western familiarity, it would be akin to someone saying: I can't speak Mexican.
Back on topic...please proceed. I hope the OG crew is back.

Slightly out of topic looks like Weijiang doing a Grimlock reissue and just scrubbed off their company logo on the box.
