The haunted armor will only be good if they go for the whole thing. Actual skull in helmet, engulfed in "flames". But we'll seen the effort put into most Heroes anymore.
The voting gimmick has to be a marketing ploy to drum up "excitement" from all the "kids" and the social sycoph-influencers. They'll come out and say "SURPRISE!" as every figure will be in that Series or a part of Series 17.
Finally got the email from Amazon asking me to approve the delay for the MOTU 5-pack. Now arriving September 17.
People's Targets having Series 13 and maybe even 14 (I think those are more at Walmart), meanwhile my Target puts out a fresh box of....Series 12 lmao.
Both my local Targets also restocked with Halo Heroes Series 12 as well. My Walmarts are barren of Halo Heroes as of last week.
Dunno' about him but my order was on 5/29. I must've gotten it in late which is why I'm still waiting They better not freakin' cancel on me
I had to check. Mine says 5/27 as well. It does suck. But at least they haven't popped as "sold by: [pecker headed scalper], fulfilled by: Amazon" ... ... yet. Gonna be a bear trying to squad build comic Robotos at this rate.
https://www.reddit.com/r/megaconstr...is_vote_matters_vote_for_who_you_want_to_win/ Welp, I stand corrected. As I said there, they clearly need that space on the series for more Chiefs! Or these days, more Mark VII's and Trailblazers. Clearly don't have the money for new molds like MOTU.
Hey, hey... those Trailblazers are awesome. But, seriously, I will buy those Clone Commando knock offs all day long by the dozens. Someone needs to ask them where the hell the rest of Amazon's MotU orders are.
I could understand Thrallslayer and Haunted being molds they wouldn't do at the same time or "ever", and only if "voted" on. But a Flood and CQB are basic / common molds that should be being made whether voted on or not. Those are frankly required molds if you're doing a Halo (legacy) line, and not even so much CQB as the Flood mold is. Absolutely necessary. It's a mainstay of the Haloverse. It's like not making UNSC Marines because they have to make more grunts or chiefs, lol.
So I got at least one clearance deal. I was able to get 2 He-man vs Beast Man 2packs at my Walmart for $1.97. They still had at least 8-10 left after I picked up 2. Unfortunately, I missed out on the Battle Cat vs. Roton sets for under $10. I checked brickseek before hand and it showed the proper clearance price but it showed the HM vs BM 2pack being out of stock even though they had plenty.
Hmm... now I must consult Brickseek. The Thrallslayer and Haunted designs are neat and should be Heroes designs, or at least based on what I thought Heroes meant when they first started carding blindbag figures and charging more. The Flood infected and CQB should both be blindbags. As you say, 'geist, they have repaint [reuse] potential. Which probably means they are more likely to be "chosen winners" and they can get more use from the molds.
Man I wish BBTS would just get Corviknight in stock already. Really want to ship my wave 14 balls already. Regret not getting it from Amazon on the WAY too brief window it was available. Or better yet, for any stores to restock any Pokemon at all. Now that I've been going back out, it's a huge bummer to repeatedly find literally nothing at some every single time. Not even old balls or the jumbo sets that won't move at a different store. Although apparently the new jumbo light up Poke Ball has started appearing in Targets, so guess I might get lucky with that soon.
