    Very nice, very nice.

This thread is definitely bad for ones wallet.....

Personally, I have only every had good service from star action figures, but I have only ever ordered in stock items, never a pre order. I know lots of people have had issues though.

I reckon they will get some more back in stock again soon at £40

When did pulse premium go up to £40?

Given you get free delivery with a reasonable £40 order value anyway and delivery isn't that expensive at £2.99 below, I can't see how they can justify that.

Not that they ever seem to get anything in worth ordering. Most of their exclusive pre-order ETAs are 2-3 months after places like In Demand Toys.

Their Grimlock & Mirage Battle Across Time pack is due 01/11

I got mine from In Demand Toys a couple of weeks ago and for only a few quid more.

I didn't even realise they even still offered the £40 subscription. I agree no one would use it unless Hasbro forces them too. & with them getting things so late they are not going to be people's go to default a lot of the time. (accept when they are cheaper) I don't mind using Pulse it means I can spread my payments out and I don't have to pay for everything at once when they drop a lot of things on the same day during a fan event - which can often being a pain as you have to "guess" when something will arrive - where as Hasbro Pulse will send it as it arrives anyway rather than hold it until everything is in like a lot of stores do.

I really wish I could find the World's appart Giftset though !!
Short of getting it somewhere nuts like Robot Kingdom that is - come on someone offer it already or at least tell us it's on the way.
I really want that Fangry with bonus accessories.

RE: Siege Megs and Earthrise Megs, it feels VERY on brand that Hasbro and Netflix agreed a set of names for the trilogy, Hasbro created the Siege figures, passed the files over to Netflix and Rooster Teeth(?) then ploughed on into making "Earthrise", then they got to Netflix Earthrise and had a WHOLE WAVE of toys not seen on TV. So they've had to revert to Siege Megs, because he's the only one being advertised in the media.

Getting imports is a nightmare. I ALWAYS hesitate with my finger over the trigger for imports, like Netflix Bee a month or so ago, because you don't know if that's the last time you'll see it at a reasonable price. I still kick myself that I didn't just buy him when I saw him...

Speaking of: Netflix Bee, also NOT seen on Netflix.

Surely this is the time to reveal the teased Dracula tie-in Project Bat...

Keep meaning to redo mine, but I know it'll hit my productivity twice, for just this reason! Tempted to break up the longstanding Lost Light shelf   - although many of that disparate cast of originally less-popular characters will be hard to re-shelve, given that they don't really belong anywhere else.

Prime's delivery is actually getting worse...

It's shockingly bad and I'm halfway through.

Was it just last year? Ye Gods! As it is there'd been a Hotlink sat at Bradford (nearest branch to be) for what seemed like an Eon, that's why I'm curious as to the thoughts behind this particularly retro-but-not-so-retro release, whether it's backstock or a new run, and if it's a new run where did they get the notion there was the demand for it?
Yeah, up a whole tenner, at first I brushed it off as the regular price increase but thinking on it it does seem it's a bit much (especially if it's stock clearance, eh?).

Pulse Premium's big incentive is meant to be "Other perks at select fan conventions and more", but that seems more like a bit of left over text from the US version rather than a definite perk for the UK site. Has anyone been blocked from pre-ordering an exclusive?

Also, has anyone got their SG Blurr from IDT? The Pulse version is supposed to have an exclusive foil cover comic, so it would be interesting to know if IDT customers did get something different. I see PvP mentioned that he didn't get a comic at with his Starscream... but that may be for 'other reasons'.

As it stands, the one plus for me is that I can order each deluxe individually and not end up in a situation where one delayed figure holds my figures hostage due to me grouping figures together in order to get free postage. But, I'm unlikely to renew Pulse next year for full price - as it stands there doesn't seem to be much point, especially if it continues to go down hill.

Yeah, from what I heard the IDT Blurrs are Asia import, which means they don't have the comic.

    So non spoiler kingdom review

Good start. Primal voice is crap as we knew but not as bad as the trailer, they literally picked the worst line. They've improved Soundwaves voice and finally put the vocoder effect over it. Prime a bit more stoic and less growly thankfully. Glad the character with my least favourite voice from the other two series isn't in it.

I think beast megs sort of works but obv you've got to take him as a completely different character (I. E. from a different universe to 90s beastwars) who's just an arse kisser.

Not keen on dinobots voice myself, too deep sounds like a rapper but I like his through ark and him screamer and blackarachnia work well as does all the beast/bot interaction in general. Thought it was good how the show used some techno babble and tech to help enrichen the world a bit.

Credit to them I think all the other voices land and dialogue feels better written and delivered.

Plot wise it gets a bit wishy washy towards the end but overall I enjoyed it. Not without its faults but like I said the beast/bot interaction works well and they seem to have got more competent at dealing with writing/performing dialogue I'd say best of the 3 for sure. Does a move I could see annoying folk in the last episode but we'll see.

One spoiler of characters not appearing which would probably be helpful going in.

rodimus prime and cyclonus aren't in it

    Whaaaaat.

This is actually pretty huge. Hasbro have had this action figure exclusivity deal on both Marvel and Star Wars for years, meaning that Lego couldn't release individual minifigs, they needed something to build with them so they were legally classed as construction toys instead. Either a deal has been made with Hasbro, or the exclusivity thing has waned, or Disney stepped in or something.

Either way, I want that Sam Wilson. Of course in reality I'll end up with about five T'Challas and six White Visions.

Only 1 episode in and TBH at x1.25 both the animation AND dialogue are that much more fluid (though...Foushee's...Prime...still...sounds...a bit...like...he...has....Robo-COPD) I'm almost 100% convinced RT actually crank the whole thing down by 25% to pad it out to the contracted runtime. Those poor Non-Union V/O bods aren't that bad, they're hamstrung, at x1.25 BW Megs voicer actually sounds like he's trying to do a bit of proper BW Megs cadencing!

Ah, I forgot to include that, Mostly in regards to stuff like Masterpiece figures, like the recent Nightbird, In demand has her and it got me thinking if the markup is more or less than if I'd ordered off Amiami (including the shipping and vat) though I feel all the additional costs would make buying from amiami and the like a last resort.

I've used them a few times, what issues did you find with them?
