I really don't want to fight over something this dumb. Here my attempt to get us back on topic: Why are these figs popping up waaaaay earlier than they should? And again, there were a bunch of origin's BWB figs at the Target in The Colony a few days ago and while it did scan, I still feel like I got super lucky and they weren't supposed to be on the shelves yet. Anybody know what gives?

Origin Bumblebee is popping up in such large quantities now that it cannot possible a mistake by this point. The two-packs are just starting to show up now. There's no rhyme or reason to this entire subline, Hasbro hasn't even really acknowledged the figures that came out last year yet!

That’s not what it means to get cancelled and it’s not new to “this generation” lol.

The only thing new is it happening on platforms like Twitter and it being a recognized phenomenon.

ANYWAY, literally none of this is applicable to Hasbro cheapening out on paint in this re-release/ an exec tripping out.
Transformers/ the decal isn’t getting “cancelled” and it never was at risk of being so.

Transformers is not getting canceled. It's still continuing. Stop overreacting over dumb shit.

It's also noteworthy that Transformers is still a toy brand primarily aimed at children, so maybe, just maybe the concept of an evil police car is already kinda iffy to begin with - in fact, it was already highly questionable by 2007 -, and having a literal "I'm the evil cop and I'm being mean to you because LULZ EVUL COP IS KEWL" quote on said toy is not exactly the best idea unless you're a jaded edgelord whose only joy in life comes from seeing other people suffer.

In an extreme bout of luck (for me), I stopped by Target today and found the 2-pack - it was the only one left, and the only 2-pack period!

I've only fiddled with Barricade so far - he's the reason I bought the set, so Clunker Bee stays in the plastic for now - and right off the bat he's got some pretty loose ball joints at both shoulders. Hopefully that's not widespread, but I wouldn't be surprised. Especially unfortunate considering how big and clunky the arms are, lol.

 

Do you have picture proof? I want to know for sure to see if this whole thread war that stemmed from this post actually has substance.

 

I don't have any pics on hand but a friend who bought the pack mentioned Barricade did not have "To Punish and Enslave"
