Are we even sure the car will be chibi? That section of the car hanging off of his back is already way less chibi than Bee. It doesn't look like a straight re-shell for the unfolded kibble to be looking like that.

For one, there is no arm hole where the back window is.

 

Like V2 Bumblebee, I think it will be Chibi and licensed.

 

Totally different alt mode results in a different “shell”, a lot of the car parts on mp45 were actually pretty rounded, the pieces on his arms actually end up curved as his roof is more dome like than flat. This looks like instead of a bunch of pieces,the top of the car or backpack will just collapse on itself.Similar legs and arms as Bee as well as the obviously chibi feet, I’m not a betting person but I like the odds this is as chibi as Bee. Also there looks to be some changes in the transformation with the spoiler, the bumper not folding into his back as well as the backside windows ending up on his shoulders like mp45 making for changes in the backpack.

 

I also think it will be chibi. A possible look at its altmode.   Like others have said, if Tak has the license bring on the Jazz.   <--- They are playing Giant Steps.

 

Well here's my effort. I believe the backpack, when folded up properly, will also fill in the chest and shoulder area a bit. However I don't have enough to go on for that, so I didn't attempt to visualize anything there.

Probably could have chopped the side hip skirts for that front view, doubt they will float in the air like that, I didnt realize Mp45 hip flaps could even move like that.

I did think about chopping off the skirts and making some other adjustments...I guess if we build up a big enough list I can revisit it  

 

Noticed that you put the head down a little lower too - noiceeeee. Definitely cuts out that awkward giraffe neck impression. The real deal will probably be able to do that too since MP-45 BB has that weird double jointed neck extension  

 

If we get a confirmation that MP CJ is incoming, my one and only decision will be how many MP CJ to buy.

Good eye, I sure did! I think it makes a huge difference to how "Cliffjumper-ey" it looks. Agree it should be able to go down pretty far based on MP-45.

       

 

Asking a lot from a crappy leak and magic from @chchchch, barring the backpack actually hanging like that, official or not the finished product should look pretty good.

I'm in the camp now firmly this is official. The face/ face swap scream Takara as well as the fake chest/spoiler which has a certain sort of elegance to it. I'm thinking besides the skis and faces, the handgun and bazooka are probably it. Maybe 4 faces? Stoic, laughing, surprised and smiling. Personally, I love this one from some reason
