If you did regular shipping it will stay described like that because they don't send up to date tracking. My Rodimus spent six days at a holding facility but they had just not sent me updated tracking and he is set to arrive this Thursday. Hope this helps.

So I am still tracking my shipment and I got this notification “Merchant Order Receipt Notification” what the heck does this mean? My item has been shipped and is in Indiana. So why is the tracker saying this?

 

It means that the item is about to be handed off to USPS.

 

Ok cuz it seemed pretty weird to me. I never seen this type of notification whenever I track my packages. Have you seen it yourself before?

 

Yes. Normally when I have orders come in from overseas, like China. Usually will see that when they use a 3P shipping service that doesn’t deliver, but rather carries the package and then transfers it to one of the major delivery services, like USPS.

 

Ah ok thank you. I was getting worried my package was getting lost.

 

My Autobot Ark order updated from "2 items on pre-order" to "1 item processing, 1 item on pre-order"  

Clicked on the order... turns out the "item processing" is the pin set. Looks like supplies lasted.  

 

Arise Rodimus Prime

 

Just arrived today...so six days from CA to MI with the super saver shipping.

 

My package has been in Indiana limbo since Tuesday. Sadly this is kinda par for the course with EE's standard/economy shipping method. Worst for me was when I ordered a ER Sunstreaker (back when EE was the only place that had then not sold out), and the time frame between the first shipping notification and actually arriving at my door was close to a month.

 

A month? That's ridiculous!

 

Last year was worse.

I don't know what the problem is for others; this year I've gotten my orders within a week, +/- a day or two.

 

Last order I had from ee used that Pitney whatever to ship it. Took the box to see some sights, but an order placed with tfsafari the same day as the ee order arrived a week before it did.

 

So they’re using Pitney to deliver my package and it still hasn’t moved from Indiana.

Yeah same here. Prob the last time I order from these guys.

 

Got our Rodimus today and was sent out 2 days ago via FedEx. Pitney Bowes sucks.

So my package hasn’t arrived like the estimated delivery date would say. Last update has it at Indians still. Should I start worrying?
