Solid qc all round, poseable as hell, and stands like a champ (once you figure out the legs and ankles properly it's rock solid in all the mad positions she can be posed in)

Honestly her swords look really odd to me. In the episode she was to have been modeled after a kunoichi, and I doubt they’d be running around with such ornate swords… and the fact they’re weapons that came with a non-MP figure is strange too. Her lightsabers alone would have sufficed.

 

Looks great! Now I can actually have this mold on my shelf since TT's MP was the worst of the bunch if you include the third parties.

She looks good of course, it would have been nice to see the extra show accuracy here as that is what makes MP so neat. As is she isn't that amazing, but like I said she looks good. I was really hoping for some nunchuks but whatever.

 

Just realized that between this and that latest Skids retool/repaint they're doing what I thought when people were curious why Skids of all characters. Between Starscream, Skids, and Arcee, they've got three molds they can milk for a while until they think they're in the clear enough to try some riskier projects (Skyfire, Raiden).

Wouldn't be shocked if they've been sitting on those for a while because they don't want to risk announcing during an economic downturn and then don't get the kind of support they need.

COVID's still affecting different areas in different ways, Japan right now harder than the US.

 

I see what you mean, though it looks like to me the transparent parts of the sword might be completely connected.

 

Ohhh, owch...nobody tell Arcee that this mold looks better on Nightbird than it does her!

Backpack isn’t a real issue. She has a good center of gravity, so you can get a really nice level of gymnastic poses out of her, but her legs have limited posing at the hips. I switched out FT Rouge for MP51 without regrets.

It's entirely subjective. I don't hate it. But, maybe some alternating shades of metallic grey here and there besides what appears to be only two. It would accent the panel lines more to me. Especially on her thighs and arms. To each their own.

 

This looks really nice!

 

I'm honestly amazed how much better this mold looks aesthetically as Nightbird. Something about the proportions don't look nearly as off in some shots. Very impressive!

 

Yeah that’s my pic. Pretty awesome that she can be posed like that. I haven’t moved her in years and she sticks there pretty damn good. Love that MGT-06

 

Beast wars is a smaller cast. Don't worry we will get the s1 crew eventually but they will milk and stretch it out. That being said I Heber been out of the mp gene for awhile and this might be my first go back in and idgaf about this character. Just looks cool.

 

I don't care if Nightbird Transforms, she didn't in the show. Hopefully she gets a RED Version that won't cost as much.

And there’s absolutely no other reason for the tab on the other side of the sword handle and the little molded trigger.
