The email I received after ordering the set last week said the sets would start shipping this week. It’s interesting that there would be a delay. Or, did they mean that the in-store sets would be delayed until October?

 

It seems to be that they take longer than any other online store to get product from the manufacturer. Most people seem ro think it's because they choose the slowest and cheapest option for merch to get to them. How true that is who knows?

 

Damn...the same time the new Legends will likely be going up for order tomorrow... Might get a little nerve-wracking trying to get everything ordered before something disappears. Think I'm gonna start with Muckman & Mondo, then move over to the Legends. Hopefully that works out.

 

Y'know now that I think of it more, I believe he was referring to the target stock, not the online orders. This is their message:


On a related note, heads up folks, today is the last day for the TID preorders.

I'm torn, since I already have it, but I'd like a second set to keep in box and we know how long their online preorders are lol. Plus, the third wave is apparently hitting stores now, so they might be plentiful in person.

 

BBTS just sent me an email that Ultimates Wave 3 will be processing soon.

 

Just ordered him.

Hopefully they don't charge until Friday (payday).

Same. But this is extra weird because BBTS is normally a month or so late to get these.

edit: I ordered metalhead the second the listing was open and April/Mikey later…only got my notice for metalhead

 

They showed unpainted test shots a month or two ago, it looked slightly different but nothing too different from what I can remember.

I ordered the whole set and then individual figures also, I received the notice for the whole set and then one just for April.

 

BBTS probably had its own freight from China and the 7 week port delay for Super7's shipment allowed BBTS to get theirs at the same time (or maybe first, but they were required to sit on them until Super7 got theirs.)

I got the processing notice for the set of 4 that I ordered immediately when they originally went up, but not the extra Mikey that I ordered months later.

 

Oh man I want that "Planet of the Turtloids" Kerma figure!

 

Is that when they expect the product to arrive in 10 days?

I thought there might've been a painted sample somewhere, but guess not. This does look like a different sculpt than the proposed sketches floating around the net some time ago.
