Is there a Transformers toy out there that in your opinion does everything right be it play value or presence but you just don't feel the need to buy it.

For example, I think ER Scorponok looks really good and I like the Headmasters characters but I don't feel like getting it because of how much space he is going to occupy and if I do get him that means I need to dive into the rabbit hole and get the other Decepticon Headmasters, Fasttrack and Fortress Maximus to go with him.

Another silly reason for me not getting a figure is ER Sky Lynx because I'm always afraid of yellowing white plastic. I do have white plastic toys but they don't cost as much as Sky Lynx.

Same answer. Even if I managed to clear that kind of space and scrape that kind of money together, I'd just be afraid to ever transform it.

Kingdom T-Wrecks: Looks good, but I really have no interest in it.

Kingdom Ark: I like the overall design, and haven't skipped a Titan yet, but it just isn't doing anything for me. Without a base mode, it's pretty boring.

Kingdom Tracks have a great G1 look, but RTS Tracks already go well with WFC. It feels similar for Kingdom Arcee and Rhinox. Their T30 style is still good.

    Most of WFC really.
The line has a lot of gems but my focus is Studio Series and I only have limited budget so I don't buy WFC as much.

All the siege/earthrise autobots. I only collect Decepticons so I had to pass on all of them but boy do some of them look great.

A lot of the "pricier" ones for sure:

    • Titan Predaking
    • Titan Devastator
    • Titan Omega Supreme
    • Commander Sky Lynx
    • Commander Skyfire
They all look great, but I'm not a fan of any of them as characters, don't feel the need to have them in my collection, and I don't think in the long run the space they'd eat up would make me feel like the price tag and everything else was justified.

I don't think they do anything wrong, but I'm not feeling the Fossilizers and haven't gotten any.

This and the fact I didn't have the $600 to back it nor the desire to drop over a $1000+ for one now. But I do admit, he looks pretty impressive and would be a great centerpiece for any collection.

*Selects Black Zarak - I really love the retooled face sculpt but as with Haslab Unicron, I am running out of space for Titan Class figures. Also never really watched much of the Japanese TF series so I don't really have a big connection to the character.

*Kingdom T-Wrecks - I will say I absolutely love the deco and color on dino mode. But the robot mode scheme not so much. Top that off with the fact I'm not 100% loving the mold itself to begin with so I think I will pass.

*Robosen (?) $600 Optimus Prime revealed a few months ago. I absolutely love everything about it but I just don't want to drop $600 on a toy. Im also afraid of what might happen if something fails on the toy and how hard it would be to get it fixed. Especially once any mfg warranty expires.

Kingdom Maximals. I’m only buying Predacons, Decepticons and the core 86 Movie Autobots.

As awesome as the new Maximals look and as tempting as it is to cave to nostalgia I remain resolute. That said, a Dark Designs Predacon Rhinox would be nice.

Pretty much all Masterpiece figures, be they official or third party. Seems like an expensive (and space consuming) rabbit hole to go down, and I like that I can be a little rough with mainline figures. I have the voyager-sized MP-10 KO and that's about enough masterpiece for me.

Yeah, this is the big one for me. I'd love to have it, but honestly, I don't want to spend the money.

I have to agree on Kingdom T-wrecks, it is a really good looking figure in dino mode but the robot mode really needs more paint, I think I'm going to wait for a discount.

Siege Jetfire and ER Scorponok look great but they're way too big both for personal preference for the characters and practically for my shelves. Kingdom Megatron looks awesome too but I'm not into BW designs overall enough to start collecting them.

I think Sideswipe and bw Skywarp look pretty cool, but I want other stuff more. Plus, I already have siege Sideswipe which is good enough for me.

Pretty much all of them that are being currently released. I retired from collecting about 5 years ago but the SS86 and Kingdom lines have tickled my nostalgia just enough that I have caved and bought a few of them. Cannot afford (either money, or space wise) to go back to collecting full time so I will be sticking closely to the 86 Crew (once Galvatron arrives tomorrow, that will be complete with the exception of that rumoured Perceptor), the BW show cast, and quite probably will continue to grab the Dinobots since they're essentially MP equivalents. I already don't have much space to store/display them so they will be relegated to boxes and cupboards until there's a chance to get them out on display proper.

I was originally gonna say none as I buy all TFs but I completely forgot about Robosen Prime. He's cool and yeah that price is high. However, the main reason I skipped him is actually because I prefer to transform TFs myself. Still cool though.
