Looks more like some mock-up made by a kitbasher. But knowing Takara, if they do a real Cliffjumper MP that folded up panel atrocitiy in the feet will remain, like in Bee.

The worst issue with my two is a slightly sloppy paint job on one. Otherwise, both solid.

The smiling face is icing on the cake for this nightmare-fueled waiting game.

@Sam ’s right about the size of the figure and the engineering. Seems like a lot of stuff was packed into MP-45 and trying to make it all work at that small of a scale. The mini-bots are certainly restricted by size in the engineering department in their current scale. But a Cliffjumper, if proven to be officially licensed, will be an opening of the flood gates to the last MPs that are held up by any barriers. I hope anyway.

Most important question is: where those pics do come from? Which show?

    Any pics in particular?

    Using the montage from @ThatGuyCalledBlaster

    - Water skis shots are from Dinobot Island Part 2 (“ohhhh, cool off Long John!”)

    - Glass gas arm cannon is from Enter the Nightbird

    - Blast effect(s) shot appears to be from The Master Builders

    - Hood antenna is from The Ultimate Doom Part 1

    - Facial expressions may be from Traitor?

I think he’s referring to pictures of the prototype. Could be wrong though.

Yarb, there's this thread from the initial rumblings in 2019 that's been revived as well.

    RUMOR: MP-49 Cliffjumper???

Wow. Looks like we'll get the usual TT backback and once again a strange face. Body looks too slim, neck is too long, the feet are a mess. MP Arcee might be dethroned as the most ridiculous MP ever.

Might be possible beacuse the penny racer style is so far from the look of the 924 or 944 that they simply won't bother trying to say it's a Porsche. If they can get away with SS86 Jazz I don't know why they would bother with this.

My experience with Bumblebee was so poor that I've zero interest in any version of it. Hell, I only kept MP45 (which I had to strip and rebuild just to get it to stand) because I'd sold the earlier model in anticipation.

It's another crap Takara face as well. Takara's last few MP's have restored a little faith, but screw this guy. The whole design should be scrapped for something better.
