Go to the bottom of the page and click chat, then type agent, it will tell you that you have to wait for like 5 mins max and type in the reason why you are contacting them, the agent will ask you what's wrong and they will open a request and contact the seller, if the seller does not answer in about 3 days you contact ebay again and ask them to step in, that is if the tracking has no activity

Ordered a TransArt Skateboard Gorilla from terrytfsclub2019. The box came damaged but they delivered on the right product.

 

I've switched mostly to Ali over the past few years. They don't release the funds to the seller until you confirm receipt, so scams are virtually nonexistant. It does a great job of keeping people honest.

And now that they universally accept PayPal (used to be seller's choice) there's little reason not to.

 

Well I did send him a message asking why the tracking had not changed and he message me back telling me to be patient. Well the tracking did update but now that you have told me this I'm betting if he even shipped out anything it isn't what I purchased. Thanks for the heads up though.

 

Unfortunately, ebay can't do anything as the seller listed the item estimate delivery period until September but ebay said at least they have a record. I am also worrying that even I got the package later on but it is just a funny keychain instead. I think we can provide negative feedback if we see items is not moving for two weeks. We can always remove the feedback after we received the item without any issue. I believe the more negative feedbacks he has, ebay will temporary suspend his account and issue us refund faster. I guess that's why he removed all his listing to avoid the flooding negative feedbacks toward him until he has time to runaway.

Base on the below conditions, I believe the seller is a scammer.
1) Seller has long period of time for delivery (two months)
2) Seller has the lower selling price of items
3) Seller remove all his listings.
4) Tracking has not moving. It shows arrival at the destination and then departure again. Then no update after that.

Please add ebay seller hujep-818 to the "bad seller" list. I just got a refund via paypal. Lotsa neg feedback piling up on this seller warning folks of scam.

Depends what kind of things you're looking for. Honestly, your odds of getting slammed on Ali are pretty low. I generally look for stores that have an approval rating % in the 90s, preferably with at least a few hundred following the store, but preferably over a thousand. Like with any online seller, always look through the user reviews first to see if there are any common issues.

I tend to use GiftLove Store, Ali Brothers, IACCESS International, and HasbroToy Store. Again, it depends what kind of merch you are looking for.

Most of those I find are from stores with names like "Shop####### Store" with just a string of numbers. Many here think that's a sign of the place being disreputable, but that's pure BS. Not thinking up a clever name doesn't make you a scammer, lol. Most have less followers, but just make sure you research the feedback.

99 Points Store also carries them and is pretty reputable and I've ordered a few from Lensple Robot Store, though I hesitate to recommend Lensple despite them being highly rated. I've had issues with them providing the wrong tracking (it still arrived, just had a different #) and very poor packing resulting in a few figs I ordered being completely destroyed because they were dropped in a bubble mailer with no protection. Unlike most Ali sellers I've dealt with, they were also not very communicative and didn't seem to care about the problems.

Since we're hi-jacking the e-Bay thread, I've not understood how a seller with a rating of 93% on Ali could be considered good. That kept me away for a long time not being able to find anyone with a 99% or 100% approval. If you're on e-Bay with a rating down at 92% I'm pretty sure you're a scammer who is slowly going under. Is the Ali math that much different?

Not that 100% approval has been working out very well on e-Bay lately. Stupid scammy scammers.
