Don’t panic yet. We haven’t seen all the accessories and I was just guessing. I didn’t know the ehobby version had it. I was just trying to justify why they used the wrong number. If it has Reboosts head and the motocompo it should definitely have been MP-54+.
Interesting that this release is named Senator Crosscut. He's only been a senator in the first IDW continuity AFAIK, but this wouldn't be the first time MP referenced the comics.
hey gottem LMAO Aside from a VERY occasional older CHUG mainline to throw on the IDW shelf (ie: Thrilling 30 Brainstorm), only time I ever delved into mainline outside of that was for both Earthrise Runabout and Runamuck, which honestly are pretty alright for MP shelf fillers, if you ask me.
That's true, although MP Roadrage's bio calls him an Ambassador, and Crosscut's original 2002 bio does say he was sent on a mission to negotiate on Earth. So he's always been some kind of diplomat/politician one way or another. I wonder if they'll fold Reboost into Crosscut's story too. He's listed as a Citadel Guardia(n), and I could totally see a senator/ambassador working from the citadel. Reboost even shares colors with Roadrage - maybe that's just their uniform lol.
Now that I think about it, Diplomat/Ambassador will probably be listed as his function, so maybe they chose Senator to give him a title without being redundant. And I like that idea of the guards having a uniform.
This looks like a straight repaint of Reboost. Head and shins appear to be the same. I don't see any retooling

Heyooo, now I can cancel my Reboost preorder because I was holding out for a Crosscut in the first place.
Since I'm just barely able to justify two copies of this mold, I had the same question in my mind for .68 seconds. I gotta have the Motocompo scooter so the answer is a no for me but you can't go wrong with either, IMO.
If this one comes with a motocompo I’m going to be kind of annoyed because I prefer this version over Reboost and I can’t cancel Reboost. But who am I kidding? My OCD will most likely force me to buy both anyway.
Would be pretty lame if it didn’t come with the Motocompo Think he will include it, and maybe he will come with a transparent Carly rather Spike (Road Rage’s holoform or whatever TT come up with in a bio)
I'm personally fine with either or, but I agree that it would be lame for those out there who aren't going in on Reboost. The transparent Carly/Spike would be interesting to see as well.
Since Earthrise, yeah. They've been pretty accurate. A Hatchback is not the same as an SUV, not by a long shot.
