I'm okay with 26', I think a definitive size in the movies will be impossible so going for what looks nice scene to scene is cool with me.

As for MPM thats the super cool part MPM-4 and MPM-12 are in scale with one another. MPM-12 has the right length of about 8.25 inches. At 1/36 that is close to the Bumblebee Optimus cab vehicle's length of 300" (297"=8.25 * 36 see image below). As for the height MPM-12 has the 1/36 height of a Marmon (10' see image below), as the figure is 3.25" tall in vehicle mode from tire to roof (117"=3.25*36). Now Transform MPM-12 and he is 9.5" to 9.75". Or 342"=9.5*36 or 28.5'. Keep in mind MPM-12 is a Frankenstein of Marmon and Freightliner COE.

Ironically enough MPM-7 is too big for vehicle mode he should be about an inch and a quarter shorter.

I would imagine it would depend on the length of the trailer.

 

At the time, Long Haul was probably still planned to transform into the CAT 797 as Josh Nizzi originally intended. The massive dump truck would explain his height. In the final movie, he transforms into a CAT 773B, which is much smaller (but still a big truck).

that looks almost fine. But Starscream is definitely not taller than Prime. I felt like you should scale up bonecrusher and Prime a bit

exactly I think Starscream should be (but no more than) 1 foot(30.48cm) shorter than Prime
