Why would they? If you didn't purchase through them or one of their subsidiaries, they are under no obligation to help you in anyway. That's like me saying I bought a toy from Wal-Mart and asking BBTS to get me replacement parts.
WTF is this??? Then again, I got used to pretty much every Kamen Rider design in the last who knows how many years, after more of less the same initial reaction, so I'm sure it'll grow on me.
did he ever have a role as big as this in Toku before? I mean being one of the main riders is a pretty big role. All that aside, that rider form is hideous, at least at first glance. Usually they grow on me over time though, so we'll see.
He was the voice of the Kyuranger equipment. However, he's also major voices done in anime before. He's a main character in that Jujutsu Kaisen series. Same with Doraemon, Yu-Gi-Oh! VRains, Gundam Iron Blooded Orphans, etc. If Japan didn't care about his racist remarks before, they're not going to care now, especially from white boys who don't live in the country nor are part of their target audience. It sucks, but there are tons of VAs out there who have done worse. I wasn't a fan of the rider form the moment it was revealed last month. It makes me think of Kremzeek. That doesn't make sense. BBTS is not the manufacturer of the figure I bought from Walmart. Bluefin is owned by Bandai, which makes them the manufacturer. In fact, I got an email back from Bandai just now that told me to contact Bluefin directly.
But Bluefin is the DISTRIBUTOR not the manufacturer. It even says so in their name. That being said good luck. Let me know how it goes when Bluefin categorically denies helping you in any way, and before you say I don't know I've ordered from them as a consumer and as a wholesaler so I'm pretty sure, if you imported, you're fucked.
It's possible, but this situation is bullshit to begin with. I shouldn't even have to deal with this shit for an $80 toy that hasn't even been out for more than a few months. Even Mattel's Swamp Thing took a few years before the rubber started to crack in his hands.

At least the belt doesn’t seem to be as obnoxiously loud as the last few series but it’s still early.
That’s such a bad gimmick. It’s like they’re going out of their way to make this show as unappealing as possible this year. why would I want a double rider team that combines into a dinosaur? Especially when it involves shoving the face of one character into the ass of the other?
I'm more concerned about the production team. It's being produced by the guy that gave us Kyuranger. YUCK!!
So I came to realize that the SS versions of Kuuga and Agito seem to leave a lot to be desired compared to the modern SS versions. Would you be surprised if they were to redo them again?
Maybe in the very distant future. They still need to milk the Kuuga for a Titan form. They could also milk the Agito for a Shining form or something, although I kind of doubt that since there doesn't seem to be a lot of Agito stuff period.
But they seem so thin. Well it's not like you would have to rebuy them, but I would totally be down for new versions as long as they don't have any rubber bits. It also doesn't help that my Kuuga has had loose shoulders since Day 1. Plus for Agito, it would finally give them a reason to do Gills and G3.
