I dunno, overall it definitely looks pretty good, but there's lots of little issues to me that kinda leave me a bit underwhelmed. Mostly the yellowing paint they used, it just doesn't look very good, especially on the beast head. The white also feels weirdly off to me. That being said, the robot head is just about perfect. Overall I don't dislike it, and I'm just very happy we're getting him.
Wow, I love it! There are a lot of little improvements over Cheetor. The paint looks good, I actually like the dirty fur and the gut gun is great to see. I'm happy.
Ah okay. So all this time we thought Ravage was a retooled Cheetor but in reality he's a retooled Tigatron who's an "upscaled" Cheetor. But they added some additional tooling in places like the wrist to provide more articulation. Absolutely fantastic looking figure. Can't wait to get this guy in hand. Oh you mean that tab that serves literally no purpose in any mode as pointed out by multiple reviewers?
The only thing I don't like about it is the weathering...normally that stuff and the battle damage don't bother me but it just doesn't look good here against the white. It's a minor nitpick though since I really like most everything else. I don't care about the lack of weapon storage whatsoever, integration is nice but far from a detriment. It's absolutely the raised recycling symbol on the window reflecting light.
They took everything I hated about the cheetor mold and fixed it. No more disproportion in the waist. No mor weird legs. And the cherry on top the stomach gun. I honestly would buy a cheetor with this engineering at Voyager price with that gun inclusion. Do it hasbro.
maybe watch and you’ll see there isn’t a tab like cheetor. He’s different and has a bigger separate piece that just rests there
I'm thinking anyone who thinks the yellowing doesn't belong has never seen a white tiger, they're not actually pure white and vary by individual. The first one I ever saw was far more "yellowed" and "dirtier" than Tigertron here, which given that part of the Kingdom aesthetic is more animal accurate beast modes, should've been expected. It's a little disappointing that the gut gun doesn't help cover the crotch plate in Beast mode and his tiger paws are way too small, but other then that, I like what I see. It's like they took all the issues with Cheetor and refined the transformation IMHO. Love the robot mode headsculpt.
