The BAM TFs are on the bottom of a standing rack over near the manga/graphic novels to the left wall of the store from where you enter. You’ll see a bunch of action figures all together.

Yep. He's the "Heroic Hand-to-Hand Fighter!" Oddly, his sartorial and accessorizing choices of purple sword, boots, and ... is that a sweater?... under his ... armor that is missing several horizontal sections one could fit a swordblade through ... would make him fit in better chromatically with Skeletor and Evil-Lyn.
