Now that I think about it, I could totally see Origins Bumblebee being repainted/retooled into Aileron.

Is the ER repack of Starscream still scheduled to be included in Wave 4/5 of Kingdom? I wasn't collecting at the time but picked up TC/SW since i'd heard of their rarity and now need Screamer to go along with them but finding one has proved near impossible in the UK, so hoping I can be patient for a repack if there is one coming otherwise it's looking online and taking a risk.

My ex-wife works at a company that supplies clothes for Walmart, so maybe it's different at a per-department level or something. They have to put the Walmart tags on everything; it basically needs to be shipped to Walmart ready to be put on the shelves, and they (the vendor) handle nearly all of the logistics. Walmart is an absolute nightmare to deal with as a wholesaler, they look for any excuse not to pay vendors, and the vendors only put up with it because of the volume.

I'm all in for an Armada Sideways, too. I only have one of the headmasters right now from a Savers bin in 2003. Would love a WFC sized/designed version to place with HL Uni.

Unfortunately, Hot Shot and Ricochet both appear to be based on their pre-existing Selects toys. I'd love a new Thunderclash, Aileron, and Circuit though. Here's hoping that's what the new Nightbeat/Minerva mold looks like, it looks really cool.

Surely I can’t be the only one who refuses to use the name Ricochet for Stepper? For the past many years Hasbro been mostly using Japanese names but he got reissued before they started doing that so keeps getting called that. It’s be like calling Overlord “Gigatron” again..

Especially when the name "Ricochet" was already a name slap taken from an existing targetmaster partner.

Stepper is a unique name, I don't think I have ever, and would never consciously, call him Ricochet. It's not even an especially goofy name like a lot of Japanese names for characters, which work just fine in Japan, but not so much outside of there. Best example I can immediately think of is Dai Atlus, if you know what "Dai" means in japanese it's badass, if not it sounds kinda doofy. I had to explain to someone once that it wasn't spelt "Die Atlus", cause he only ever heard it said and never seen it written, so he thought it was a stupid name.

Though I still really want Stepper to get a new toy repainted from SS86 Jazz. Whether Hasbro decides to call him Ricochet or not doesn't really matter, same deal as Slug or Skrapnel, just call them Slag and Shrapnel if you really want to. I just want a Stepper that isn't that crumby POTP mold when we have a great modern mold.

So i have a question for any of the folks on the boards who have a better understanding of retail ordering, branding etc. The leakers have indicated that Blaster has been moved to Wave 4 of Kingdom and that Wave 5 will be an assortment of repacks including the ER Starscream Voyager repack. Will this Wave 5 hit for Q1 2022 or is it more of a holiday season 2021 thing. I'm just curious why you would have a wave which is not new product for an entire quarter?

I wonder if they’ll make any new characters based on the background seekers from the cartoon?

between Thundercracker, Bitstream, Ion Storm, and Nacelle I don’t expect any more blue variants from the MTMTE 3-partner or the 2 Ultimate Doom ones, but maybe one of the Lavender variants and that nice looking Pine Green seeker from UD?

I like the one on the top left. It seems to be the most balanced color wise not too much or too little

seriously that is a nice shade of pine green

Not necessarily, but we could start seeing Core ones, as other people were saying.

Don’t know but I at least want Siege Sunstorm and Bitstream to go with Hotlink.

I have no insider knowledge but I base my predictions on what is going on at the moment. June/July/August is the saturation point for Wave 3 releases. Wave 2 was released through March/April/May. I predict that Wave 4 will be released Sept/Oct/Nov. I think Wave 5 will be Dec/Jan.

I think Hasbro is releasing a Wave 5 with nothing but repacks because they saw how underproduced Kingdom was in earlier waves. I know its just anecdotal but Kingdom really appears to be flying off the shelves and there's been very little shelf warming. So there's no need for Hasbro to release new molds/characters if customers are still hunting/hungry for older product. It's to their advantage to slow the release of new product if they can continue to sell old product.

I think The Next Line will start appearing in January though. We'll see...

I think Hasbro should just release a new Seeker as a Pulse exclusive every year. Just give it a great deco, a detailed backstory and some awesome box artwork-- bam, instant sales.

I’m assuming it’s just going to be Thundercracker and Skywarp, and possibly Coneheads.

Still want SG Thundercracker and Nacelle from the Earthrise mold. And Coneheads reissues.

Maybe they just need more time to get the next line ready.

What I would really like is the Coneheads, Prowl and Ironhide to be reissued, maybe they could fit right into Kingdom Wave 5.

I can see that too. Damn it. I was already planning to get two of them, guess I'll have to budget for three now. Who needs food anyway?

I'd really like to see updated figs of them too. Gosh, Hasbro, if only you'd retooled Siege Hound into an Earth-mode; that'd've sure came in handy for retools into Detritus and Circuit about now.
