Is there a way to store the hand cannon in truck mode? Or any way to store the missiles in robot mode?

Got mine in yesterday from TFSafari, opened him up this evening and he's magnifecent. But fucking hell, his arm and leg joints are all super tight. Is this normal?

Also, does anyone know what batteries he needs for the light-up feature in his head?

Did the transformation last night for the second time without any instructions. It mostly went smoothly except getting the head to sit properly inside the cab (therefore allowing the cab front to come back enough to close up) is still very hit or miss for me. The first ten times I tried it didn’t work at all, then I reversed the transformation a few steps and when I went back it fit together just fine. Not sure what I did differently tho!

The key is to have the very end of the horns not pass into the same cavity as the head, but have them sit just out of it.

I’m not sure I can visualize what you mean since I don’t have the figure here, but when I get home today I’ll try to understand. Thanks!

Wow. I just opened up Ol' Galvy, and GOD. Damn. He feels so solid! Top of the line shit, nothing is loose or broken. His ankles feel good and not loose. Unfortunately I don't have time to mess with him but w o o boy the wait was worth it.

Oh frabtious day! Nero finally arrived, fresh off of his slow boat from China. What a unit. An absolute chunk. A brick if you will. I cycled through the transformation a few times and I promise, it does get easier. The first time round there just seemed to be sooooo many pieces in motion at the same time, but after a few it starts to make more sense. The arm blades do worry me, but other than that he's tabbed and slotted like a cement block. Shits not going anywhere. Another piece of black market voodoo transformations from UT

My copy of Nero came in today. The horns were not attached - separate, rattling around in the plastic bag that the figure was in, but in one piece.

I took him out of the box, posed him around a little, marveled at him, and... put him back in the packaging. This just isn't the right figure for me. Don't get me wrong, he's incredible, but I ordered him out of FOMO more than out of real desire.

Is anybody interested in taking this guy off my hands? Definitely not MISB, I took him out and manipulated him a little, but I didn't even transform him. I bought him from ShowZ for $176, so that's what you'll pay. If shipping inside the continental U.S., I'll cover the shipping cost.

I'm at a point where I have very, very little physical space left for figures. I have to be very careful about what I put in that space. This guy is pretty big, takes up a lot of space, and although he's really really cool, I just don't feel an emotional attachment towards him. I'd rather use the space (and money) on something that I feel genuine excitement for, you know?

Ah ok! I usually don't feel emotional attachment for anything I bought, I just buy whatever looks cool to me or the engineering is amazing.

One more question before I pull the trigger. Is the current run the one with the horns in the bag? Or is it random? If I buy him at Chosen Prime what are the chances that his horns will be in a bag & not broken?

Well, the status on mine says it's at the local Smartpost facility. Assuming that means they hand it off to USPS tomorrow it'll go out for delivery Saturday. While I'm at Erie, just like I predicted.
